Don't Hesitate
I am totally in love with this set. It came in for large boxes and was efficiently packed. The pieces were all lettered and the hardware was all numbered and there were even extra screws and washers. It took us approximately three hours to put the set together. The directions were very easy to follow and we used the included Allen wrenches but my husband also used a drill with a star bit to help tighten down the screws. The cushions are very comfortable and I like that you can make the couch into a loveseat and then have an extra armless chair. The cushion color is a little bit darker than in the picture which worked out great for us because I was looking for more of a Navy. Loved hanging out on it this weekend and looking forward to many more days of relaxing.

Order was 4 days late and still missing furniture items. Only two boxes have arrived and Walmart is saying my order is complete. We are still missing cushions, hardware, instructions, and more pieces of the furniture.

    Wonderful set
    Im very impressed with this set. Arrived in four boxes, very well packaged. Took two of us an afternoon to put together- which is a lot of assembly. But, if you follow the instructions carefully it all comes together nicely. The cushions are firm and comfy. The fabric is water resistant and seems durable. I love the ability to use this set in many different ways.

    Packaged like new but stained, rusted and damaged.
    I was disappointed after opening the packages to find that some cushions are stained/spotted, rusted metal on corners of the sections and torn/broken rattan.

    Great furniture
    We live the furniture! Looks good and pretty comfy too. We were missing one of the boxes at first but the seller got back with us immediately and sent it out she kept checking to make sure we received the package. We got it a day later. Would go with this company again. The furniture wasnt bad to put together either. Took a few hours but over all it was pretty easy. Furniture looks great in our backyard

    Buying sight unseen can be trouble
    Well! First of all my order arrived in four different shipments taking almost a week longer than expected. Which I find odd since all the pieces ame came from the same warehouse. Second lining up the screw holes was a nightmare needed an extra set of hands, the instructions are terrible. So if youre sSo if youre someone that needs to follow instructions step-by-step forget about this dont buy it. Third the cushions are cheap with very little padding. Fourth lots of the rattan weaving were cracked or completely broken. It does like nice once out together and I fixed some of the rattan pieces with gorilla glue. And my wife plans to stuff the pillows with more padding.

    It's worth it, problems and all
    Product arrived in three separate deliveries. 2 in perfect condition, 3rd in shambles. Of course that was the one with the glass top to the table. The delivery company obviously threw the package around. It was open and glass was stuck in the tape. I contacted customer service and heard back from them within 24 hours. They immediately shipped a replacement (with a different delivery company) at no further cost to me. Received in a couple days. The assembly was pretty tedious. I recommend laying out all the pieces and picturing how they'll fit before you start. The instructions were not the best. There were a few places that are difficult to get to. Ultimately I put together myself and like the furniture. It's sturdy and comfortable. My family enjoys it very much. I definitely recommend and think it's worth every penny.

    Great sectional, great quality, comfortable and easy to assemble!
    The sectional is a very good quality and very well designed and built to fit. The setup will normally take a few hours to unpackage and assemble the furniture. the only improvements to assist other buyers would be to place numbered labels to identify the specific pieces to assist some buyers.

    Great value for the money, a little clunky to put together
    Can't really beat it for the price. I will say it's pretty tedious to put together, but if you have a screw driver with an allen wrench attachment, that makes putting one chair together go from 45 minutes to about 10-15. Some of the bolts are in hard to reach spots for people with non-freakishly small hands, so a screwdriver/attachment and even an extension makes things way easier. It can be a bit confusing as the instructions aren't very informative, so when you remove stuff from the box, make piles of things that go together, that will make installation less frustrating. The cushions tend to slide off the chair so grab a little package of double-sided velcro to get them to stick in place. I have it under a covered patio but even then some water gets on the chairs and it beads and rolls off the cushions really well, very impressed with that. I can see where if it is exposed to heavy water/sun all the time you should expect it to wear out faster but if covered, this should do nicely. Overall, compared to a similar set that would cost $2,000....this was a great purchase and I'd recommend it, just don't be frustrated with putting it together. Plan to take your time, be patient, use the right tools (not the tiny allen wrench that comes with it), and you can have the whole set put together in under 2 hours.
