IKEA is easier to assemble
Let me start by saying, you get what you pay for! Pros: It's pretty! (That's it) Cons: 1)The holes are not aligned correctly 2)I was short 6 screws, which in turn made it unstable 3)The longs are not and even height, so when sat upright it wobbles 4) the holes for the screws for rusting to the point that I went to my car and got the "WD40" I've assembled IKEA furniture faster and more accurately than this. I feel the only reason I managed to even complete the assembly is because I'm a pretty handy woman and have extra screws,washers and a hole drill kit. So, no o will not recommend nor purchase from this company ever again. I'm actually going to just donate this set and shop around in person.

    Love it but would not purchase again.
    It took three weeks after the purchase date to receive this set. The set is DIFFICULT to assemble. The directions are subpar and the holes for all the screws do not line up. I'm talking inches off from each other. I was still able to put together the whole set but there is at least 50% of the screws not in place simply because they do not line up enough to place a screw in. It feels sturdy enough. Now that the set is put together and on our back deck, I do love it. It's the perfect size for our small deck. Although due to the difficult and frustrating assembly, I would not order it again. I attached a picture to show you just how far off the holes are from one another.

    Delayed shipping but happy overall
    Ordered for a party with more than enough time for it to arrive. Arrived a week and a half late. The box looked like it had been through a war zone. Surprisingly, everything inside was well packed and undamaged. The instructions are very vague and the pieces are not labeled, although they are assigned letters on the instructions. Took me about two hours to put together by myself. Overall, not bad. Seems pretty sturdy.

    quality vs. price
    the price was great and the look is great too! but when putting it together the pieces (holes) didn't all line up so there are some without the screws. the table also is uneven and therefore wabbles back and forth. the size is perfect for my deck. I am concerned about the missing screws and how sturdy the seats are as well as the uneven table being annoying. It doesn't look cheap but when the table wabbles it makes it seem cheap.

    I would not recommend this product or company name Costway to anyone. The product had poor craftsmanship quality. Meaning the screws that were sent to hold product together would not fit in the holes. We even tried using a drill which was not required and still didn't work. When I called the company or at least I thought it was the company to ask for a replacement it was a big hassle. The outsource customer service department for Costway wanted pictures taken of screws not fitting and I then had to send the box back before they would send me out another product. This was the worse experience ever...

    You get what you pay for
    The set looks nice, and isn't the worst thing to sit in. It was worth the sale price of $175. We're probably going to invest in different cushions. It was a nightmare to put together solo, and not that much easier with two people.

    This product is very small I'm not a heavy person but I don't see how a man can sit on one of these chairs comfortably, it looks like miniature or play furniture. I really don't like it but I guess I got what I paid for.

    it looks more like it was made for CHILDREN, and the cushions are so flimsy , thank god I'm THIN cause if I was thicker I couldn't fit in chair, and it come completely unassembled

    It was shipped to me pretty quickly after purchase and it looked very nice once put together. It takes quite a long time to put all the pieces together but isn't too hard to do. My only complaint is one of my chairs had the pieces not cut out correctly which made it where the screws on the sides wouldn't go in all the way but is still sturdy enough to use. I'd definitely purchase this item again.
