You get what you pay for.
One of the chairs and table came broken. The wicker is coming undone. The holes don't line up when putting it together. Now the chairs wobble. Its a cute set if there werent so many issues. Working with customer service hasnt been easy either. Ive sent multiple emails and pictures and we are still going back and forth.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This set is a waste of money. As a family we rarely used this set, we were moving and we open it by the end of May, after we received it by March 19'21. It was a nightmare for my son to put these 2 chairs together, the screws are to small and very difficult to put in place. Today, 10/18/21, we received a guest and she almost fell to the floor. She starts screaming and my son when to help her so she don't hit the floor. Costway, the Seller, don't want to replace that chair and we lost $222 dollars. Please don't waste your money, honestly don't, this Seller is the worst.

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/17/2021Don't recommend.These are junk. Some of the holes had metal covering them, making it nearly impossible to put one chair together. The alignment on both chairs is way off when constructing. I had to have my husband push one side as hard as he could so I could get the screws to align with the hole. Not to mention having to go purchase different screws because... dealing with customer service is a joke too! When I emailed them how difficult it was to assemble and that screws were covered in metal and wicker they recommended that I “hire a handyman”. Don't recommend. After a week of fighting to assemble them they're so uneven that they both wobble since all four legs on both chair don't touch the ground. Definitely not worth the fight.Jessica

Don't even get me started about how difficult they are to put together. The worst experience I've ever had. If I had known it would be this difficult I would never had bought them. And the “tools” that are enclosed are just horrible. They are too small, get stuck and are worthless. I would recommend them if you have the patience, which you must have, to put them together. And because they are nice looking. Otherwise don't bother. For me...never again.Madsmummum

It is not just one or two it's the majority. My husband who is very handy at building, installing and fixing things worked almost 3 hours on each chair to no avail. And dont even get me started on the construction of them! They had metal slag in almost all of the bolt holes that had to be dug out before the bolts could be installed. Very frustrating!Tammy

The ends of the chair looks as if they have already touched and scrubbed concrete. No biggie I thought, until I had difficulty putting the screws in their proper place due to poor construction of the chairs. The holes for some screws are way out of alignment therefore Im unable to use all screws causing my $200 purchased and apparently refurbished set to not be sturdy.Tameka
