This A/C is bad. The first day it was installed it worked for about 2 hours and then the reset button wouldn't stay engaged so it kept cutting off. Had to take it back to Walmart.

    Said it would heat but didn't.
    I may have gotten a bad unit. I bought it to keep a room at a constant temperature. But when it was cold out it would not produce any heat. Wouldn't raise the temp at all. I worked with customer service without resolution so I returned it. My little ceramic heater did a better job than this.

    Sometimes you don't get what you pay for
    Didn't come close to getting cool actually cold. Should go down to 61 degrees out of vents.
