Zero stars! DO NOT ORDER!!
We ordered 2 of these for Christmas. Both of them have terrible batteries. Charged one fully and unplugged it before bed. When we woke up it had gone from 100% to 34% without anyone touching. The battery while in use last 1 hour at most and then takes forever to charge. Now when I try to return them it says no return for this item. So we're out 2 Christmas gifts and $140. This is the worst single item I've ordered. Save your money! AWFUL!!

    BUYERS BEWARD DO NOT BUY!!!
    I bought 3 of these for my boys for our up coming trip. they all have issues freezing on loading screen which at 1st wasnt to bad just had to hold power buttok until it reset. but now a month and a half later we have 2 of them that it takes 3 to 4 times of doing that before they finally get to the normal screen where you can use it. one of them i have literally reset over and over again for about an hour and than it finally worked. a few days later. its being a huge pain again but good time i can't get it past the loading screen! i understand there's lemons in every product but all 3 of mine are junk and suck to work. my kids hate them. a total waste of $300 now i have to find a different tablet to get my kids. so angry about this. picture i added is the loading screen it is stuck on all the time and now won't get off it.

    This tablet was a gift for my kid but the battery goes down really fast. Even with charging it moves very slowly and now it just stopped working. Please do not buy if reading.

    Great tablet for kids!!
    We initially purchased this tablet about 18 months ago. My son loved it and requested it everyday. We were careful not to overcharge the unit and it worked very well. We uploaded tons of media and he used it faithfully for our spiritual meetings. He has occasionally dropped the tablet and its proven to be pretty durable. It recently stopped working and becuase we loved it so much , we purchased a second one. This one is loaded with much more educational content so I'm sure he will enjoy it just as much. He has only used the new one for one day and he has gotten multiple hours of play. I only rated it 4 stars becuase it stopped working for an unknown reason. Its worth the money!

    If I could give this a negative star I would. I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas and it is stuck on the tablet is starting screen, the battery life also sucks it jumped from 35% to 14 within 5 mins. When contacting the seller for the product I can't get an answer or an refund for the item. Would not recommend.

    My husband bought this tablet for our 2 yr old as a birthday present and we absolutly love it. It gives her hours of entertainment and learning. The best is that it is super affordable and it brings a shock proof case with a kickstand. Also it brings a extra charger for on the go. I wish they have these when my son was her age he is 10 now. He went trough 3 different tablets by the age of 5 and all because they didn't have anything this affordable and durable. We are super happy with this purshase. Super recommended!!!

    My daughter loved her tablet. Its easy to use and has all the parental controls to keep my child internet safe. Has many games and came with a usb charger, for easy travel. The color is very pretty and arrived fast.
