faulty parts.
we have had this air unit for a little over a year stored it in a temp controlled area. i just re installed into window a few days ago ran it and it started to spark. im just glad it did it while i was home or i wouldnt have one.

    Disappointed
    after installing unit, I realized it blew strong for sure - BUT - did not blow cold or cool air at all! Extremely disappointed. returned unit for a refund.

    Worth every penny
    Work's great, cools down my kitchen and living room in my small one bedroom apartment. The installation they offer was amazing! You definitely won't find a better deal. It is a little loud, so that's why it's only 4 stars.

    Great A/C for this price.
    Well after getting it a lot earlier then they said, put it in, works beautifully. For the cost it works better then i expected, and is not really noisey unless you have it on the highest setting. Cooled off a room about 600SF in less then 20 minutes. After a hour i set it to energy saver, and it works even better.

    just got this air conditioner from fedex today!! its in the window and set at 70°! i dont mind the compressor going off and on shows me its working!! it did pause itself and kinda freaked me out for a minute then it came back on! its on energy saving mode which im starting to like alot!! i live in a 32 foot camper and orginal air does not work like this window unit also they dont sell the freon anymore!! great air conditioner i love it so far!! dont understand why they didnt send a battery (CR 2025)for the remote but thats ok walmart has it for $5.97

    first time getting it out of the box and there is a piece bent and the part where the filter sits is a broken piece. also the panel where you turn on and off there is a piece broken off there too. the ac is still usable bit there is pieces broken off and a piece by the cord is bent out.

    Great air conditioner !!
    I ordered this cooler with some trepidation. It arrived early, in very good shape and installed easily. So far it is cooling very well. The only complaint I have is that no battery is included for the remote. Such a small cost to include with air conditioner. It is a bit loud but the higher priced, name brand cooler that this cooler replaced was just as loud. I'm loving the coolness. Very happy with this purchase.

    Please help me open the filter! lol
    This is a very good AC unit, cools my huge bedroom thoroughly. It arrived with apart of the filter broken but it still works fine. After about 2 months the check filter light is on and I have no idea how to open this thing and the manual isn't useful, only one side is coming off and I'm scared I might break it.

    One of the best AC's I have ever owned.
    This is a VERY powerful 12K BTU window unit that I installed (through the wall) in my 12X14 bedroom, as I did not want to give up the only outside window I had. Previously I ran a smaller unit (that I gave to a friend) in the window for a year, and a 12K portable that I ran for a few years. The Commercial Cool had very high ratings no matter where I researched it. My temperature outside in the shade as I write this review is 121 deg. and the unit not only keeps my room around 80 degrees, but helps supplement my 15K unit for the rest of the house, that does not quite get the job done in this kind of heat. I am replacing the 15K unit with a 28K 230 volt unit that requires additional work to install. While 80 degrees may sound hot to some, when it is typically 110-120 deg. outside for three to four months out of the year, it is HEAVEN. During the periods of time when the outside temps are 100, or below, both my AC's can keep the whole 15K sq. ft house down to 75 deg.
