First of all, I noticed that the box this item came in was pretty badly messed up. So I wasn't surprised when I checked the item to see if it worked correctly when it made this incredible noise from inside the back part of the chair. Unfortunately I never got to use this chair which seems wonderful and I am sorry it came so badly damaged.

    the box was extremely heavy. The massage machine balls rub ur back and neck with a such great force. It is amazing. My husband loves it.

    The neck massager rolls are to far out and won't let me sit straight for the upper back rolls to be able to reach. Extremely hard and uncomfortable too. Maybe not for short people like me, 5'1".

    Excellent unit for the price, well worth it
    This massager is fantastic!!!! I use to own an older shiatsu massager but after my dog chewed the cord, well, I definitely needed a new one. Compared to my old massager (that only went up and down my back) this one has neck massage, heat, inflatable bags that knead your sides, vibrating seat settings as well as either roller or kneading massage, up and down your back. I love it. I only had one issue with this. When I received it, there was not a power cord included. I emailed the manufacturer (Comfier) that day. I received a reply the same day. They apologized for the problem and said they would send a cord immediately. (They did say it may take 5-10 business days). That was on Thursday afternoon, the cord arrived at my home on the following Monday morning. I highly recommend this unit!!!

    Almost great but not quite
    Does not get the lower back like close to your waist so it's like lower-mid and up. I'm disappointed with that. On the positive side,the neck massager is bomb and the overall massage feels decent. I would suggest getting a chair that leans back maybe 110 degrees give or take. Play with the positioning but I've found that if I lean back I can get my neck area plus back. Unless you're are maybe shorter than 5'7 or so, the neck part will not align with your neck. Im 5'8 and it's off for me. Other than the above, It's relaxing and will put you to sleep.
