This product does work. It took two days for it to get in my system. I take two capsules at night with a glass of water and the next morning u will definitely be going to the bathroom.

    I would recommend
    They def do work and they are affordable I take them 3 times a weeek and I feel less bloated I did cramp at times but it was worth not feeling bloated and stomach looks smaller after you detox
