Poor packaging
I just received my Closetmaid organizer but by looking at the package once delivered by FEDEX package was beat up. I was suppose to receive it yesterday it arrived at FedEx early yesterday morning and stated out for delivery. Then I later received a notice that it was delayed and will be delivered the next day. I see why. Fingers crossed that the package contents is all there without damage nor missing part . I will update once put together.

    I ordered two sets of these ClosetMaid ShelfTrack Kits after having purchased over $450 worth of the shelving and hardware for another closet individually at a big box hardware store. The dollar savings in buying the kit compared to buying the individual pieces is incredible. The closets in my home were previously one shelf with one hanging rod and were essentially useless. The ClosetMaid ShelfTrack system has transformed my closets into storage perfection. I love the feeling of having my closets look organized.
