Product is mediocre, directions are terrible.
Dumb design and terrible instructions. The instructions are basically to hold up the support pole and mark each hole on the wall and then draw a level line. Then you have to measure up from the line JUST UNDER 1/2" (seriously, like 31/64") to mark the holes you have to drill. Nothing out of the box is straight. It's very difficult to mount the shelves level, but by the time you actually know, you've already drilled a bunch of holes in the wall. I ended up needing to drill 36 holes.
Spend a few bucks more for a different design. I saved a few bucks by buying this one, but it's nothing but regrets.

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/03/2018Great organizer just tough to buildExtremely hard to set up so be aware. And if your closet is smaller than 8 feet the directions tell you to cut the shelves with a saw, which isn't something I own. I managed to adjust the measurements and moved one of the long shelves lower to make a shoe shelf. Overall a really great organization tool.Yuval

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/13/2017Great organizer for a low price! My son's closet is a little under 4 ft wide and I really needed something that would give me enough storage space but didn't want to spend too much because these organizers can get pricey! After seeing this item I was a little intimidated after reading some of the reviews and during the installation I was a little bothered by all the holes I had to make but in the end it surprisingly turned out to be sturdy. I also was able to add a few extra shelves (after buying some extra hardware) I just love how you can customize and add anything to this little organizer (just be sure to put it in the right place the first time) I'm a woman and got this done by myself in about 3hrs. You will need a level device to help you along the way so be sure to have one because you will need it!Alicia

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/28/2017Difficult construction, but turned out greatUgh. Where to start? Was looking for an inexpensive insert for our brand new basement bedroom closet. Our closet is 6'ft wide, so 5-8ft sounded perfect. Nope. The vertical supports were too tall and had to be cut down. We didn't have a hacksaw handy, so we cut down the supports with a kiddie craft saw and put them off center and left the shelves full length (48""). I started the project and my husband and son quickly took over and did the whole thing. It took about 2 hours. It is sturdy and looks great and more functional than the arrangement in the picture. If your closet is not 8ft wide, just expect some extra work. My husband was really impressed with the outcome even though he originally wanted to return it! Overall we are really happy.Handymom

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/04/2016goodI ordered two of these ... the instructions are hard to follow... my husband is quite handy and after much review of the instructions decided his way, which did consist of some of the guide lines from instructions, was the best... and it was... the sturdiness does not come from the actual legs but from the anchors... all n all we like it..MeMe
