I tried this for a few days now and so far im liking it. Only dislike is the pill is way too big for me to take so i had to cut it in half so it was easier to swallow. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good calcium vitamins. I love it has zinc, copper& manganese in it for bone health!

    Leave packages out of street view please
    I liked that she placed the package gently, rather than throwing it down. But I didn't like that she placed it in plain view for someone to take. I would appreciate it if she would leave packages under the doorbell where it is not seen from the street.

    Convenient, plus D3
    Other than 650 mg of calcium in the form of calcium citrate per serving (2 tablets), it also has 25 mcg (1000 IU) of Vitamin D3 and micronutrients to support bone health: zinc, copper & manganese. Quite convenient as there's no need to take calcium & vitamin D3 supplement separately. The tablet size is on the larger side & the direction is 2 tablets twice daily (4 tablets/day) which feels a lot. It can be taken with or without food & so far I had no issue with upset stomach.

    So far so good!
    I'm not to sure how to review this since it will take time to show results. However, I'm all about anything that helps with my health. They are kinda lager pills but I think the benefits will be well worth it.

    This has become part of my daily routine to increase bone strength and overall health. Just 2 tablets each morning. I like that it can be taken either with or without food, making it convenient. Can feel my bones saying thanks!

    Just ok…..
    I received this free from Influenster for my honest opinion and was excited to try a new vitamin. The pills were a little large to my liking but I've seen larger ones. I chose to take my vitamin nightly. I would continue taking these since I am excited to see the benefits in the long run and they didn't upset my stomach. All in all, I pretty solid vitamin for now.

    I like that these are not just calcium but D3. It also has 50% of your daily value in copper and manganese. My only complaint is that the pills are quite large. If you have trouble swallowing pills then these might not be for you.

    Strong bones
    I was excited to receive this to test when I did because I'm getting older and I know that I needed to start taking a calcium supplement soon. I don't drink much milk anymore so I want to make sure my bones are getting enough calcium. I've been taking this supplement for almost a month now and I've loved it. I like that it's not harsh on my stomach or give me headaches like some other supplements I've taken. I love that it also contains vitamin D3 and Zinc! The only thing that I didn't like was that the pills are huge. I would like have given it five stars if they came in smaller pills or capsules. Other than that I liked it and will continue using them.

    Self-care is important!
    About a month ago, I was told I had a pinched nerve due to a degenerative disc. The pain was excruciating, and it made me really think about taking care of myself. I've never been one to take supplements, so this voxbox came at the perfect time. I've always known that calcium is important, especially for women, but this pinched nerve really made me focus on my health. I can't really say that I have noticed a difference in my health after taking the Citracal for a few weeks, but it is definitely full of nutrients. My only complaint is that the pills are huge and 2 doses a day is recommended.

    Okay supplement but large
    Let me start by saying that in my opinion these caplets are rather large. I have some difficulty swallowing pills in general so these were a bit of a challenge. They are scored at least so that helped but it's something to keep in mind if you also have difficulty. It's hard to evaluate the efficacy of this supplement. I would need some bloodwork to be performed before and after use to confirm absorption. I do like that in addition to the calcium/D3 they have added zinc, copper, and manganese. I would recommend this supplement if you're looking for calcium with some extras and have no issues with large pills.
