    Effective, kid approved taste
    Purchased while my 7 y/o had a nasty cough keeping her up at night. First dose didn't honestly curb the cough as much as I'd hoped but it did help. Dosed again 4 hours later and that helped much more. She says 10/10 for the taste.

    I didn't mind the substitute but what I did mind was the most important thing we needed was the cool mist vaporizer and ar the last minute, there was none. I would have gotten all the items at another store. Very upset how it was handled
