I was surprised to see the volume of comments regarding peoples' expectations for Extra Toasty Cheez Its. We've gotten a few boxes that are spot on so far as our expectations go. We thought we'd share some pics. Thank you.

Burnt is not toasty
Have you ever eaten popcorn or crackers and ate one that was slightly more cooked than the rest? It's a whole new level of delicious, right? That's not these. These are burnt and flavorless. ZERO flavor except burnt bitterness. These sucked the life out of my mouth leaving no moisture in their wake. All with no discernable salt on top of the cracker. The cheese flavor I expected was non-existent. In my opinion, an incredibly bad product. Not one person in our household, even slightly, enjoyed these. Returning them.

    Not so toasty
    When extra toasty first came out, I was so excited. In the last year, unfortunately, the extra toasty crackers are far and few like an original cheeze it cracker. The flavors are still amazing, but I am sure I speak for most toasty eaters, we want them extra extra toasty.

    Extra toasty, aren't extra toasty.
    They are good if they are really toasty, even burnt a little. I've been disappointed. One in ten boxes are extra toasty. Just disappointing, and really a tasty treat.

    Extra toasty cheez it
    Cheez its are my go too love them but the last 3-4 boxes i have purchased of the extra toasty cheez its have almost no salt on them. The box i have right now has a speck or two but the last couple boxes there was no trace of salt. It really sucks it takes a huge hit on their taste their just bland.

    Worst snack ever invented
    Huge fan of Cheez-It so I thought I'd give these a try. These are the worst crackers every invented. Who thought selling burnt crackers was a good idea? Hardly any salt or cheese flavor.

    Immediate disgust for a product I once loved!!!
    WOW! I have ordered these numerous times and they were Great until I got one of the “burned up boxes of the crackers.” They were beyond NASTY . My apologies to my fellow customers who I thought were pulling pranks. HOW can you think it's ok to package your screw up and sell it anyway? How selfish!

    I am a Daycare Lead Teacher. My four year old do NOT like extra toasted. They did try them but didn't finish their snack. We prefer Regular Cheese It's.

    I eat too many
    I tried the extra toasty and have been hooked on them ever since! They're hard to find in most grocery stores and one time I settled for the regular Cheez It and they're not as 'crispy' and flavorful. Always happy when Walmart has them in stock.

    I have ate cheez it's for over 40years and have enjoyed them very much. The extra toasty one's are my favorite now... didn't think I would ever change up... Right On!!!!!
