A God Send
These gummies are a GOD send! I am no stranger to needing help for sleep. These little babies keep me sleeping and feeling rested without being groggy! They have nailed the right balance here!

tasty, I like the freedom of dosing that comes from each gummy having only 1 mg
There are three of us in this household who use melatonin from time to time or even every night, and we all use a different doses because we have different needs. So I really like having only 1mg of melatonin in each gummy so that each person who is taking it can tailer their dose according to their needs. I don't really believe in high doses of melatonin, more isn't always better. We all like the little indulgence of having melatonin in gummy form and a few extra carbs at night also helps with sleep, and these are tasty, very flavorful. Not really sure about the B6 or passiflora extract, I guess I need to research those and see why they are in a sleep aid. These melatonin gummies are pretty comparably priced too. I also like that these are natural flavored, naturally colored, and have no artificial preservatives. Would buy these again.

However, the other ingredients, passiflora and vitamin B6, are a great combination that have not only helped us sleep, but given us other bennies as well. Passiflora is well-known for its many helpful properties, including working as an antidepressant, regulating high blood pressure, and treating menopause. All without harmful side effects. Vitamin B6 converts a little amount of the tryptophan already in your body to niacin and serotonin, a neurotransmitter which helps regulate sleep patterns. This is a great combo, not just for sleep, but over all health.D.M. H.

It was so long ago, I think the only type available was the little sublingual (under the tongue) types. I had mixed results. I have had on, and off problems with falling asleep, also for a while. I have read about Melatonin a lot, as I do with anything I am going to take, and the scientific explanation is it helps reset your circadian rhythm. That�s how it works, and is a very good thing.
