    Stay in place.
    I really like these for water aerobics. They stay up while exercising in the water and they don't float around. I tuck in my suit top into the waistband even and they stay up. I'm 5'4' and weigh 213 lb. the XXL fits great! Wish they were double thickness in the back as well as the front. I also wear then under my shorts when doing other outdoor exercises. Keep my body snug yet able to move around. I'm going to buy a 3rd pair soon.
