DOES NOT WORK! BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! The left controller will not charge and will lose repeatedly lose connection while playing with their battery solution. If you want a fancy overpriced stand, this is it, but it Does Not work as advertised. This unit was not manufactured properly. Many reviews on Amazon showing the same results about the left controller malfunction. Contacted support on the manufacture page 2 weeks ago, and no response at all. Should be priced as a basic stand. I will be returning today.

    It's and iffy product.
    It was okay at first. The product is glitchy and sometimes doesn't want to open or close. And now the headset won't charge while mounted. The charging wire that comes with the oculus works fine. Invest in rechargeable batteries and just a noncharging mount.

    when i opened the box it looked liked someone had opened it and did not put everything back in place correctly, then as i start to set everything up i seen that i was missing the dongle that goes into the headset which means i cant even use it.

    Thing is absolutely garbage. Won?t charge headset without spending much time trying to get it to connect. The controllers don?t go in easily and charge. Mine was missing some pieces to use the controllers, I reached out to the company and they referred me to the retailer (Walmart) day on the phone with Walmart on hold for two hours... thing is absolute trash with no support. Returning it today, it?s a shame, I really like the concept but the execution is trash.

    Faulty Motor Mechanism/Manufacturer no response...
    Motor running the "grasp" to cradle the Quest failed after first use and therefore unable to charge headset without forcing it into the cradle. Resorted to controller charge only but right controller will not charge above 70%. Reached out to manufacturer with no response...
