It is factual and all I can say at this time.
I do believe that this is a fine piece of equipment. I have not even assembled it as yet. I have one I am currently using that I have had for nine years. I bought this one as a replacement for my current model. Shipping was fast and easy. I was impressed with having it arrive in 2 days. I will try to update when I put it to use.

BUYER BEWARE!
This grill caught fire after 3 uses!!! We had cleaned it recently so it was brand new and clean. They refused to cover our product stating that the warranty doesn't cover fire. Well it shouldn't have caught fire in the first place! We had to use a fire extinguisher to put out the fire, that's why it looks so bad. I would giver ZERO stars if I could!

    Great grill for the price.
    Easy to assemble with about two minutes of help from a female teenager. I'm an elderly female myself with weakened abilities in both arms. Took about 3.5 hours total to assemble. Great value for the price. Previous model from 2019 needed all burner parts replaced which was under still under warranty but they were out of stock and they didn't know when more would come in and with hurricanes blowing around out there I didn't want to be without a grill for an undetermined amount of time. I spent $50 more than the same model I had would've cost me but THIS model had a few extra bells and whistles such as 4 wheels instead of two, a front two door cabinet which makes it MUCH easier to change the tank, a heavy duty grill tray for small foods, the side shelves are the same material as the grill lid so rusty once painted shelves should not occur (even though I religiously covered my old grill to prevent that) and lastly it has lights around the knobs which I wasn't expecting.     Looks nice…BUT
    The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Good-It was pretty easy to put together. Bad- It's basically a piece of tin Ugly- Oil and fat dripped between pan and cup I bought this to replace a 6 year old CharBroil. I've replaced pieces over the years but now the firebox has rotted through. I was surprised as to how thin the material was. Though well packed there was till a “ding” in one piece. Lid very light and wobbles a bit. Side walls also very thin. Red lights look nice, but do nothing else. Oil and grease leaked through. I had to clean oil spots off of my pavers. I'd like to return it bit I needed to use it the day I assembled it. Very disappointed in the quality. Guess CharBroil is the next company to crank out inferior products. At best, a disposable grill. I'll be lucky to get two years out of this.

    Excellent grill, worst add-on assembling service
    The grill is excellent, but don't make the mistake of gettint their add-on assembling service. Two different techs from Angi (Wal-Mart's service partner) cancelled last minute on two separate scheduled appointments. If you are not building this grill on your own, I advise that you get a handyman to do it for you. It's a lot cheaper than Wal-Mart's add-on service

    Great Grill purchasing and shipping!
    I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of construction for this grill. It really amazed me when performing the assembly how accurate the machined mounting hole placement was done so that when screws were added as per the directions the next screw placement was spot on and no fumbling around finding the next hole. All the fasteners were precisely marked and the directions were provided for assembly such that no confusing wording just simple pictorials that showed assembly details. Overall a nice job. I would recommend this Grill to anyone. As far as cooking, The grill performed very well with all burners full blast the temperature got up to over 650 degrees F. had to turn off three of the five main burners to cook the steak-tips which came out great. I found the burners cooked evenly and started with a single press of the electric starter. I would buy it again in the future. Oh did I mention a great price as well.

    An Excellent Product
    This is a very good grill ! It is our 2nd Char Broil grill. It arrived within 3 days of ordering. Absolutely perfect condition inside the box. Not a scratch, dent, nor blemish. The instructions for assembly were fairly easy to read and decipher if you 'actually read' the assembly portion and identify the parts before beginning. And you are conscientious about your work and craftsmanship. We had absolutely no problem. Several of the reviews are stating certain times for assembly, and 'yes' we could have easily assembled below their times, BUT, actually took extra time to 'square up' every joint and corner, and tighten each screw and nut according to their 'load bearing' placement. (Yes, I'm a contractor, and it comes naturally). But all in all, it was 1 1/2 hrs. to assemble, and it fired up immediately upon completion. It looks and functions perfectly after 2 days. This is a beautiful grill, at a tremendously reasonable cost, that grilled our first steaks to perfection in less than 12 minutes. We couldn't be happier. Char Broil makes a great product that works. It may not be the 'high end' brand and manufacturer, but who can afford $2000 for the top of the line grill ? This works ! Thank you Char Broil !!!!

    So this grill replaces a 6 burner Char-Broil grill that lasted 12 years despite never replacing any parts or cleaning the burners. I did keep a cover on it between uses. It was $299 at Boscov's and proved to be a great deal. This unit does not have the Searing 6th burner but let me tell you why you won't miss that function. All you need to do as advised by the instruction manual is to remove the burner shield on the burner of your choice to get flames that will lock in the flavor you crave. The unit is handsome in all stainless, including the side panels and wing tops. The design is very sleek, yet you get super capacity with a lower profile in lid height. This lid design lets the grill come up to temperature faster. Anyway, at this price point you get an amazing grill. it's easy to clean, with quality grates and durable electronic components. The stainless is extremely good quality. I think that is why the warranty is generous for the budget price. I get that things simply do not last as long as they did but this brand has retained enough quality to satisfy me. Finally, any replacement parts are surprisingly cheap if ever needed, direct from the manufacturer. The instructions on assembly are detailed and visual. in a step by step format. The packaging was superb. All in all, the best value in a large grill at the sale price of $269. Remember, propane is an extremely cheap way to grill and if you season properly then the flavor is outstanding. This is a very smart choice so an easy 5 Stars.

    Good price, great grill.
    Easy to put together(40min) and looks nice. Like the full stainless steel including the sides. Cabinet is almost fully enclosed except a small 2x3ft area on the back. Only complaint is I wish the heat plates were wider to distribute the heat more evenly. With any grill if you want it to last, get a cover to be safe

    Value for price easy assembly
    Aside from being delivered with a big dent in the front of the grill where the knobs are. The grill works great. It was a breeze to assemble. Directions, pictures and hardware labeling was helpful.
