A lot of grill for the money.
It was a bit of a challenge to assemble, mostly because of my disability. The assembly directions are clear and easy to follow. You will need someone to help you at times during the assembly. I checked the thermometer and it was accurate. The grate is substantial, and should last a long time.

there are parts missing from the grill. The grill came in so many pieces that until the handy service professional put it together it wasn't realized the parts were missing. I am unsure whether Walmart will send the missing parts I don't how to deal with a return for the item. It is assembled and I don't have a truck. I wouldn't advise having this item shipped in pieces in a box.

    Not a good experience!
    It's beyond me why this grill came so well reviewed. I think some heads should be examined! Check out what my "even burning" grill did to a loaf of bread on "medium' after 5 minutes.

    Good budget friendly grill
    Bought one 4 years ago and the burners rusted and broke off. We cook on this grill every day. So for the price its a decent grill that wont break the bank.

    Handy Service suck, don't spend the money.
    The service that Walmart uses for installation that we paid for is crap. They left without notice, trash everywhere and took instructions with him, and the job wasn't even complete so I couldn't do it myself if I wanted to. Don't bother with using their Handy Service. Total rip off. I assume the grill is great if it were useable.

    Very happy with our Char-Broil grill
    Came much earlier than expected. Is the perfect size for us. We took advantage of the service that sent someone to put the grill together because it was kind of complicated and we would not have been able to manage it on our own.

    Nice grill but cant even moved easily.
    I have only used the grill once so far but am very satisfied with it. It heats up quickly and evenly, had plenty of grilling space for the 13 wings I cooked, and the grated cleaned up nicely. My only complaint is that the grill is not easily moveable-there is no good place to grip on to move it plus not having swivel wheels along with the 2 large wheels makes it unwieldy. Was pretty easy to assemble despite having only pictures in the instructions.

    After starting assemble I noticed that the top of the grill had been damaged somewhere along the line. Since I had started to assemble I decided to keep it. This is just an fyi.
