Trying them again after 10+ years.
Kind of big bit I guess to get all the nutrients into them, they had to be big. Really no bigger than any other multivitamin, but these are both multivitamin and multimineral. I took these many years ago before I was 35 even and thought I'd try them again, because my old fibromyalgia doctor recommended them and he was a great doctor and knew what worked.

Not safe
I have had severe headaches since I started these! I googled out of curiosity and there are multiple complaints of these causing headaches. I will never trust Centrum vitamins again.

    I will be returning vitamins. I cannot afford $88. For $7.00 vitamins. It should have been taken from store and delivered with rest of order.

    Standard for Women Over 50
    It's a standard vitamin, "silver", for women over 50. Compare the quantities of its various vitamins with Centrum's "regular" dosage (non-silver) and you will see increases in amts.

    I love these vitamins..My Dr recommended them for me. I have no problem swallowing them........no problem with bloating or any digestive problems. will buy again Centrum has many vitamins these are the ones that work for me.

    It's unbelievable! I actually feel better when I take my vitamins and when I run out I actually feel a big difference. I spent years thinking vitamins were a waste of time because I generally eat healthy but I realized (after turning 50) that was wishful thinking.

    Multiple vitamins tend to be large but the good thing with this one is that all of the needed vitamins are in one pill. Most daily vitamin pills require a daily dosage of two but not Centrum. They packed all of the vitamins into one pill.

    I used to take this during a very healthy time in my life but stopped because I didnt like taking tablets (prefer capsules). I've now realized that these had something to do with that "healthy time" and bought some more. Also, the ingredients help my dry eyes!
