Maltodextrin=not a good choice
Let's be informed, the second ingredient Maltodextrin; In fact, has the same calorie count as sucralose – or table sugar – at 4 calories per gram. Not only is the calorie count a concern for those that keto, but it also has a glycemic index (GI) of anywhere between 106 to 136, which means it can spike your blood sugar levels really quickly. Lastly, athletes use Maltodextrin to boost calories for weight gain! This is a product you should avoid.

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/02/2019Great Alternative for Lactose-Intolerant PeopleThis is a good alternative to creamer for coffee and milk for tea if you're lactose-intolerant. Despite what some others have said about this product not being good for you or for someone on the keto diet, I disagree. This product is low in everything and does NOT spike my blood sugar. I use this product everyday in my tea and smoothies.MsElle
