    Inside tray broken
    Inside tray was broken in several spots. Came in a box twice the size of the actual product. so the chips had bounced around and broke the flimsy tray.

    One of the best sets out there.
    Bought this to teach my son how to play Texas Hold Em. Comes with quality cards, instructions for games and the chips are heavy and solid. All packed in a solid metal case. This is a great value,that will last for years.

    I like the quality of chips and other stuff. But the cards are not as good as I expected. Also, the carry case has a nice quality and prevents from losing the chips!

    Quality Control issues?
    Seems like quality materials with the exception of the metal box. It arrived quickly but was a gift for my grandson. When he opened his gift, the metal box was slightly damaged and when you opened it, the interior showed damage too. I returned and exchanged it for another at my local Walmart which happened to have it on their shelves (undamaged). Neither the delivery box or cardboard box that contains the metal box were damaged which leads me to believe it likely did not occur in shipping but rather was "passed" by quality control at the manufacturing facility. Would only recommend this product if customer is able to exchange at a local Walmart.
