good formula
I have been taking this B-complex for many years now, mainly because of its formula -- is the best compare to the other brands on the market. Dosage of its each ingredient is not perfect, but better than the others. I also like the fact that Country Life brand uses "glass bottle" packaging instead of plastic (less chemical). However, there is a big price jump on Country Life products (a lot less discount off retail price) in Swanson, and some other online retailers. I am not too thrilled about that.

    Strong balanced B product.
    This B complex has a strong balance of the essential b vitamins. The absorption is good and product has been a staple for me for over 10 years. I have autoimmune issues and this has helped me.
