Properly usable notebook PC
I've bought Chuwi PCs several times before, and I've always found their support to be very good, as long as you complain about any problems, they'll replace it right away. The first one I received did not have a functioning microphone (I checked with my voice recorder), so I had it replaced immediately. It's not light, but it's not heavy either. Battery life is disappointing. However, it is usable. The most annoying problem is that the function keys cannot be used unless they are pressed simultaneously with the Fn key. This is a fatal flaw for Japanese input, and a big problem for work, so I emailed support (Aftersales), and in a few exchanges, they told me where to find the EF file and instructions. I managed to deal with the errors and unclear points in the instructions by myself, and in no time at all, it changed to the normal function key behavior. I really wonder why they don't make this the standard, even though the forum has a lot of complaints about the Fn key. Nevertheless, I'm very happy with the way it turned out.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY! JUNK COMPUTER!
I purchased this computer since my last one died. I needed an afforable computer that I could use with photoshop and illustrator. Well this is NOT the computer. The screen and colors are amazing but this computer is SO SLOW! If you want to use photoshop you have to close ALL programs on the computer and even then it lags really bad. It comes with 8gb RAM and that is the MAX you can NOT add any more. I was going to add more even though I had only purchased this brand new computer a week before but after doing my research you can NOT add anything to this laptop. Save your money. This computer is NOT worth it. I did purchase another computer from Walmart.com and its a gateway and it is around the same price with double the ram and it runs amazing! I can open photoshop, illustrator and 10 to 15 tabs all at the same time with NO lag and You can add memory and ram is you want to. I really had high hopes for this computer but it failed on EVERY level! This company needs to make it so you can upgrade the computer is you need more ram or memory. Dont max out a computer at 8 Ram. Also the return process has been a nightmare!! I returned the computer to walmart. They wont refund. They had ot send the computer back to the company and I have to wait for 3 to 6 weeks for a refund. I pray that they dont mess with me and actually refund the money that they owe me for this computer!!

    Awesome computer!
    I absolutely love those computer the touchscreen is smooth, the sound, display and the way it runs is smooth too. Great for the price! It's metal too it is a high quality computer for the price. Also it got here right on time if not earlier.

    I am completely happy with this purchase.
    The seller is totally trustworthy, I can tell you without any reservations as well as it's a really decent laptop for the price point so far I'm happy to have one again it's been many years of not having a fast running laptop this thing is so sleek it's all metal outer body feels great. It's really thin which is one reason another it has lighted low/high or off keyboard that's great for in the dark play or work…

    Windows 11 update issue
    I liked the size and feel of the laptop. It was great. Unfortunately, I updated to windows 11 and the camera and mic stopped working for many websites, platforms, and apps. I googled, updated my privacy settings, updated my driver, did a factory reset, and still had the same problem. CHUWI does not seem to have a straight forward way to contact and fix the issue. This problem arose after the 90 day period, so I'm in a bad situation.

    It's a good Chinese PC.
    This is my second Chinese PC, and I think this one is a hit. I bought one with 12GB memory and 256GB SSD as described in past comments. The Windows version was Home, not Pro. I wonder if this is a common change in Chinese products due to manufacturer's convenience. There is no problem at all for me personally about the US keyboard. I have no problem at all with the US keyboard, and the appearance is good, not cheap like MacbookPro. ＜I'll add a note. There was a review that said you could get the BIOS file, but I was told by support that there is no such fact. I think this is an appropriate place for a Chinese manufacturer. I think it is right to buy a decent product from a Japanese manufacturer. ＜Further postscript. After this, support provided me with a BIOS file. Not only this manufacturer, but also Chinese manufacturers will cry themselves to sleep if you don't speak up strongly. As a result, the Fn key problem was solved by rewriting BIOS as in other models. As usual, no files are provided on the web site.

    Cosmetically perfect!
    I got it on sale for around 30,000 yen. It's a cut above the rest of the low-end models. It has 16GB of memory and Win10Pro installed. Win10Pro is installed on it. It has a 512GB SSD, which is perfect. The SSD is also 512GB, which is perfect. It's perfect for normal work. If I were to raise a difficulty, the keyboard layout If I had to pick a fault, it would be that the keyboard layout is so special that I kept making typos until I got used to it. Also, the distance between the charging terminal and USB-C is too close. I'm not sure if it's a problem or not. I wish they were separated by 5 mm. The battery life was only a few hours. The battery life is not very good, only a few hours. It is not, but in the range of my usage The battery life is not very good, only a few hours, but it is acceptable for my usage. If you are looking for a cheap camera, I recommend this one.

    It's a pretty good deal for a laptop.
    The only drawbacks are the heat generation and durability of the power supply. If you don't like heat generation, you can choose jumper ezbook x7 or TECLAST F7Plus. If you don't like heat generation, you can choose the jumper ezbook x7 or the TECLAST F7Plus. the keyboard layout is different, so you may have different preferences, but I had no complaints with either of them once I learned. jumper's performance is much lower, but if you use it normally, it's not too stressful to use the internet. It's a little hot on the back of the device, but you don't notice it when using it. The other one is a little hot on the back, but you don't notice it when using it. However, for everyday use, this one is more functional and satisfying, and if you don't play games, You Tube and the Internet are crisp. A friend of mine wanted a cheaper computer, and I had the opportunity to buy two of them, so I could compare them. The price of both was about the same, about 34,000 yen on sale. I almost never use the keyboard in my daily life, and the other person does. Since I don't care about heat generation and durability, but my partner does, I chose this one and he chose the jumper. There is no right answer for Chinese laptops, so you can choose the one that suits your needs. There is no right answer to Chinese laptops. Both of these computers are currently on sale and are very reasonably priced. You can play some online games like Dragon Quest on this computer, but basically you can't play online games on it. There is also a Don Quijote laptop for 20,000, which is really the lowest grade, but if you buy that one, you will be happier if you buy this one on sale for 10,000 more. It has 256 SSD storage, and if you buy 128 Microsd for less than 2000 yen, you should have no trouble with storage. The speakers are not bad, better than jumper. It also has a Bluetooth function, so it's a good PC with no complaints in terms of functionality. I've been using it for a few years now, and I've never had a problem with it.
