As always the cookies were delicious--I am not having any problem with a few items coming by mail--the service is wonderful! I love shopping this way!

Terribly disappointed!
I just received a package of Chips Ahoy Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies. I couldn't believe the condition I received them in. They were all crumbs. There is not one whole cookie in the entire 19.5 oz package. If they were the regular cookies I almost could see that they would crumble, but soft and chewy...really! FedEx must have thrown the package against a wall. Very poor service.
