Liked this - standard supplement for energy
I take numerous daily vitamins but these are by far my favourite, they’re just great! These pills give me the energy I need for the day and I feel at my best. There’s no bad smell or taste and they’re easy to swallow. They’ve also helped me lose weight which is an added bonus J

    I had always thought that any fat was bad for you but I did some research and learnt that MCT oil is a healthy fat for your body due to the numerous benefits and it really works. It’s given me an increase in my energy as well as acted as an appetite suppressant too. Actually such an easy way to lose weight which is brilliant and the cognitive benefits are amazing too. And working with my other supplements, this keeps me feeling fit and healthy – a great product so would definitely recommend it and will continue to purchase.

    Stuck tight.
    These came stuck together. They had a moisture-prevention packet in the bottle, but these softgels are seriously stuck together! I'm afraid if I pull too hard, they'll break up a spill all over the other gels in the bottle. So, I will not be buying these again.

    If You Don't Want to Go the Bulletproof Coffee Route
    Gelcaps are the best way to take this compared to swallowing oil or mixing it in drinks. Price is good and one botte lasts a couple of months if you take 2 a day. Definately buying more of this. Im on a keto diet and the MCT oil really complimented my lifestyle helping me loose weight. Simply great.
