Love this Herb grow kit
This is a great windowsill herb grow kit. It is just the right size for my windowsill in my kitchen. I am going to be doing alot of cooking with these herbs when they come up. This would be great for kids to learn how to be a gardener. Highly recommend this to all.

no drain holes. I made some with drill but should already be holes so its ready to use.

    Fun activity with the kids!
    I love that all of the supplies are included in this cute little kit and it was a fun activity to do with my girls. We each got to plant a different herb and now we wait for them to grow! The only thing I wish the kit has that it doesn't is either a sticky label so you can indicate which section you planted which herb in or at least an obvious front and back so if you plant them in a certain order but your kid turns the planter around, you still know which side is which.

    Awesome herb kit
    It has been ten days since I planted the herbs, chives, basil and cilantro. The cilantro was the first one to sprout. It's very easy to plant the herbs. It comes with growing pellets which you moist with water and then plant the seeds. I put mine in full sun and covered it with plastic wrap just like the instructions said. So far it's working and growing. I usually plant my herbs outside, but in the summer time it gets very hot and they dry quickly. Hopefully I'll have better luck with this one. The metal planter is beautiful and does not leak water. I am pleased with the results so far.

    Awesome to have fresh herbs!!
    This is the cutest little windowsill growing kit for fresh herbs!! I wasn't't sure how this would work when I seen the growing pellets, but I followed the instructions (which were very easy) and dissolved them in water. I planted the seeds and then covered with plastic wrap, as I was told. After about 12 days when the seeds were germinated, I removed the plastic wrap and let them grow!! I can't believe that I actually have fresh herbs now. They are getting bigger by the day! This came with basil, cilantro and chives, all my favorite herbs!! I love the galvanized tub that it came with. It looks very cute on my windowsill. Definitely a cute way to have fresh herbs to cook with!!

    Fun for the family
    This Galvanized Metal Windowsill Kitchen Herb Grow Kit is convenient and fun for our entire family. My kids really enjoyed watching and helping us preparing the growing medium and planting the seeds. The instructions are straight forward and easy to follow and we used a disposable fork for mixing the growing medium with water. Our basil began to sprout after just two days, and the rest started to sprout after about five days. My kids had fun checking on their plants every morning and it is a good first hand experience for them to see how plants grow and discuss the science behind it while planting something we always use for our meals.

    Farmhouse Look in the City
    This was probably one of the only things I planted that has done this well.  I have had these plated for almost three weeks and they are growing but not very thick yet.  This was very simple and I liked that we had a miniature lesson in gardening for my three year old.  The soil expanded quickly which was a surprise to me because the disc was very compact.  The container could fit in a variety of kitchen styles and is nice that you can reuse for when you want a change up of herbs. The three herbs that come with the kit are very common in the recipes that my family likes to cook.  I did break off a bit of the cilantro and although it is in the early stage, it has a great aroma.  Lighting is important so I am having to really open my blinds to get some direct sun shining on these herbs.  I think if I continue to roate each time I water they will start to sprout up a bit more.

    My little garden in the kitchen.
    I really love this windowsill grow kit. It's easy enough to setup if you don't have a green thumb like me. I'm learning and this was perfect kit to have and it sits right on my kitchen window. It gets sunlight every morning and they are starting to come in after about a week or so.

    This planter is so fun! It's cute and has very easy instructions. I love having fresh herbs to use I. The kitchen and this has everything you need to grow a few common ones. It's brightens up the kitchen too. My kids loved getting to help plant the seeds and water them. Their favorite is watching them grow.

    Awesome kit!
    We have had these planted for a couple weeks now and love it! Super easy to grow and fun, We have to move ours around a bit so it can get some sun because of how our kitchen window sits, but I know these will taste great when they are finished. Some of them are growing faster than others but that's to be expected.
