    a butterball turkey that I bought in Aug.2021, exp. date 5/26/2023 was disgusting when I thawed it out today. The undeside of the skin was brownish grey and also in some of the neck area. The freezer was working poperly. Everything was frozen. We have never lost power to it. how do I get my refund

    Turkey showed up with abnormal color and smell.
    We bought two of these recently, and while both still frozen, one arrived completely dark brown in color all the way around. The other was the normal color natural to butterball frozen turkeys. Given the recent multiple recalls for several items from the local Walmart due to Listeria and rats in the warehouses, we didn't want to risk feeding this to our family. But of course there's no way to get a refund on individual items in an order unless you plan to return the ENTIRE order, and nobody to contact to get help about this.

    no turkey or cranberries came so I drove and bought them at another store. maybe if you used fewer words. it's unorganized and confusing.

    Check your receipt to your product
    I was charged $14.91 for my turkey breast and it was tagged $10.03. It was a pickup, so I didn't find the mistake until I went to open the turkey breast.

    Hopefully, this was just a fluke
    This had to be the absolute worst turkey breast that I ever had. I think the bird was old--skin was real thick and the color was just grayish. Sadly, I ended tossing the leftovers.

    Not shopper friendly
    Asked for whole turkey. Was told none were available. Was given a turkey breast as a substitute. Not what I wanted. No one ever answers phone at this store. My daughter went inside and there was an entire freezer full of turkeys.
