Product does what they claim.
Product does exactly what they claim. I enjoy a keto lifestyle and this helps me get those healthy fats in.. I put this in my coffee and occasionally in my water. The MCTs start working right away and I can see excess ketones (using urine strips) within 30 min or less. I do find that I am more alert and energized after consumption.

    What's with the hype?
    I've used organic mct from amazon for several months and had no stomach upset but also had no mind blowing alertness. I tried keto science which made by belly sound like it was moving around boulders and had major gas about to explode. No major alertness with keto science either. So I got this after reading reviews and figuring to 16oz bottles would be cheaper than one 32 plus if I dont like it i can return one unopened bottle. Well I'm on day three and I'm not impressed. I don't feel anymore alert awake or energized. I'm so disappointed. I need something that will get me to the energizing, high fuctioning alertness level everyone else has mentioned. I'm in ketosis and I stay in it so maybe I'm just at my peak and this mct oil does nothing more than keep me in ketosis. That really sucks becauae I want more of a mental boost. I even took this at night just to see if it make me restless or something at night but I slept deeply. I suppose I'll finish the bottle I opened and return the other

    I have been doing intermittent fasting, 16 - 18 hours on the advice of my daughter for health benefits and weight maintenance. I bought my first bottle of Bulletproof MCT oil after reading articles regarding the clarifying of brain function due to MCT oil. I have a very complicated job involving writing medical orders and long hours on a computer. I feel so much better using MCT oil that I now have a subscription to make sure I never run out and have also subscribed to the Collagen Peptides! Hoping for just as good results from that! Try this product, it works.

    My daughter and I have been using this product for about a month! We each lost 10 lbs. I am 62yrs old and she is 38. We have it every morning in our coffee w/ ghee and some Vietnamese cinnamon.
