I don't print very many documents. But it seems like I have to buy every couple of months . It is always running out. It is used at home so I don't have that much to print. I am retired also that gives you an idea how much it is used.

    using ing to clean
    I just bought ink . I put it in my michine and iI went on a trip for three weeks I came back and I started to do some printing ansd a sign came on that said I was low in ink. . I remenber when I called the one I was talking to said that the michine cleans with the ink. . how do I stop it from using all my ink to clean?

    False advertisement
    Just put a new cartridge in and barely got 100 pages. I print in grayscale and ink saver mode. This printer has cost me more money in ink then the original price of the printer. I am reading that everyone is having the same issue with Brother ink cartridges and when they reply to your review they tell everyone the same thing. Page size, font size etc. BS Would give 0 stars if able. I will be getting rid of the Brother printer and purchasing another brand printer. And they never answer emails.

    Money Wasted
    Ordered this item listed as Genuine Brother ink for my printer, needless to say the ink cartridges did not print. I received an error message after installing which states ink cartridges are not compatible with my device and to order from the genuine brother corporation. I suggest you save your money. So disappointed. Money wasted...
