Good solid B Vitamin
My doctor advised to take a B complex. Bronson's is affordable and still potent. (Basing this off of recent test results - all good so far). Also, shipped quickly when i needed them to. Big plus!!!

    Upset tummy
    For some reason, these are a little harsh on my stomach, even though I take with food, as described to do. They give me gas for about an hour after taking them but this might be just me.

    this "B" mixture seems to be what works best for me.. there are other less expensive ones. b ut this one is the mixture that gives me the right pep in my step. I can tell when I don't take it
