    Good Vitamin B Complex Sustained Release
    Been taking for a few weeks now. To me it's just as good as the b12 shot given at the doctors office. No longer feel like I need those afternoon naps and I've been sleeping incredibly good at night. I'm a retired 59 year old. Prior to taking this I didn't rest good at night and was sluggish all day. Didn't even want to get out in the yard for light garden work. This seems to have changed all that. I feel great now. I've also been taking Bronsons K2 + D3 2 in 1 support for several months. D levels were non existent with last blood work. Now all is good and I've never felt better with these two vitamins.

    I was having a rash on my mouth and my dentist suggested I get B Complex to help it heal. I did and it got better within a few weeks. Now it is all gone.
