Great!
I love this! So much easier than having to shave constantly. I personally don't think the pain is that bad, not any worse than waxing. Definitely would recommend this product. I also liked that it comes with a smaller wand for the face or for touch ups in places where the larger one may have missed. Very happy with this product! Definitely, not worth the money.
This product will make you wow at first if you dont react to epilating. Especially the facial epilator. After few uses, it doesn't work properly, even though you change the batteries, you need to turn those heads with y hands when it stops,so annoying to use. The epilators for legs and underarm, I always have the issue when hair grows back, it creates lots of ingrown hairs. The legs were smooth and silky b4 using this. really regret it

    This epilator is worth the investment
    This is my first epilator and for the past couple of months it's been doing it's job as promised. The charge lasts more than enough for me to epilate my legs and armpits. I'm loving the results!

    Neither satisfied or dissatisfied
    Epilator: For the price and quality of this epilator, I assumed it would remove hair fastly and efficiently. Instead it took two hours, two speeds, and three attachments. I also took breaks to clean and remove hair from the epilator. My legs were silky smooth in the end, but I expected better results using the massage roller cap on gentle speed (I had to follow up with the skin contact cap using default speed, to remove hair that was left behind). I did use the shaver and trimmed before epilation. Compared to my mom's 1980's "Epilady", it's still a serious upgrade. Shaver: There are no clear instructions on how to remove the shaving unit for cleaning. After attaching the shaving unit to the shaver head, it will not detach. The manual says "Do not clean shaver foil with brush. Shaver head can be cleaned under running water. For drying, remove the shaving unit. Lubricate regularly." So how do I remove the shaving unit? I pull, but nothing happens. There is a "release" button for the shaver head, but not the unit? Face spa: Exfoliation is faster and more efficient using my hands or a washcloth than these brushes. The only positive is that my skin felt smooth and less irritated using the brushes, compared to using a washcloth. Overall, I'm neither satisfied or dissatisfied with this product. I would appreciate a reply from a Braun employee on how to remove the shaving unit for cleaning, though.

    The Best Epilator!
    - [ ] Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex 9-300 Epilator removes all my unwanted hair. I use it for my legs and other areas. The epilator removes my hair from the root. This is the best epilator I have tried so far! It does not hurt my skin, I only feel a small pinch. The green massaging pad attachment keeps my skin smooth! I also enjoyed the face spa set. It exfoliates my skin. This was my first time using Braun Silk-épil 9 Flex 9-300 Epilator. I was not aware of it before participating in the Viewpoints program.     Works fantastic
    This is like a personal spa assistant in your bathroom! I'm spontaneous about my usage with anything, so for me personally: different heads for different days. My first choice was the Exfoliator brush. I like to use my favorite brightening scrub with this extension to reach a heavenly smoothness and glow on my skin that I can't get with just using my palms and fingers alone (like I used to). This pretty much makes any previous result that you used to get, that much more noticeable, or apparent. It really makes the product of your choice WORK to its best.. The actual epilator head scared me for a while. I've tweezed by hand before but not by a literal auto-moving equipment. The swivel helps me feel more control over what is happening to me and the settings are as such: gentle and efficient. Of course, I go with gentle first, because I'm cowardice about potential pain. My comfort level using gentle setting was really good! I have yet to use the efficient setting because I get my desired results without having to go that far! This is cordless and lasts up to 50 minutes. It's also waterproof, thankfully. It has a good feel in my hand, not slippery. I'm so happy about that because I'm clumsy. So far, no drops and no accidents. My skin feels a lot happier, glowing more, and the results last WAY longer when using this. It's not hard to use, either. I got used to this super quick.     A ton of useful attachments
    This is a REALLY fast epilator. It spins very very quickly and since it is pretty wide for an epilator, it gets a ton of hair. My husband decided to give it a go in his chest and, while he has a very smooth spot, he could not make it more than a 2x2 patch before he gave up from the pain. That said, all of the attachments are fantastic. The shaving head is great. It is, by far, the closest shave I've ever had with an electric razor and I've used a bunch of different ones over the years. It also comes with a brush attachment and a rubberized massage attachment that are both very nice for exfoliating. There is a very convenient light that shines directly on the skin to-be-effected when the device is turned on. Additionally, it comes with a small, battery powered epilator for tiny areas (lip, eyebrow) and a nice traveling case to carry it all with you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Amazing and worth the price.
    I've only used cheapo epilators in the past so I never stuck with them. Now I realize I should have just spent the extra from the get go. Yes, it's still painful, but not nearly as bad as I was anticipating. I love all of the accessories this kit comes with.
