OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It does work, if you can stand the pain and don't mind the beard burn!!!!! I am old and bought it for my facial hair, can I use it on my upper lip? NO!!!! It rolls off and hits my teeth, yuck. Won't work where your jawline curves either. Totally disgusted, this should come with a warning.

    Effective, resilient, easy-to-use hair removal.
    I use it to epilate my facial hair, and it works extremely well to that end. No beard shadow for several days after use. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable epilator at a decent price.

    For once, I couldn't wait to write a review. I bought the original epilady approx 40 yrs ago. So painful and it did not work. I have used the Flawless Finish for several years, but tired of stuble. Decided to give this epilator a try and WOW! I only have some facial hair, since I'm getting older, and this is the best thing EVER! Not painful, and results are amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you!

    I was skeptical that this product would work since I tried another product that was shaped like a tube of lipstick, but was no more than a cutsie electric shaver. This product turns out to be awesome. I didn't experience the pain it said I might and my skin didn't get irritated or swollen. My skin feels soft and hair free! It states it may take a few times for the hair to completely be removed, but I like the way my skin feels as opposed to waxing. The only criticism I have is I had to call Braun because their pictures in the brochure are confusing. Their customer service representative clarified my questions.

    Nice Product but doesn't come why the bag
    Love this product . Quick and easy to use. Deducted a stars since it does not come with a bag like it said.
