Worked like a charm
I was very sceptical before ordering after going through many reviews but thought, what will I loose, so went ahead and ordered anyways. I had a huge dent on my Honda civic hood most likely caused due to basket ball falling on it as I parked my car near the basket ball court. I tried the dent puller one time and it didn't work so I YouTubed and found you need to keep trying until the dent is completely removed. After few tries my hood was restored to its previous Glory. No one can tell my hood had any dent. I also removed a small dent on my side Just make sure you clean the area properly with water and put lot of water while pulling the dent for best grip. I wish I had taken some pictures before and after.

Did not suction at all, not worth my trip
Bought this online Site-to-Store, was in stock, so I was basically just saving my time in trying to find it. Got it home, didn't suction to my car at all... smelled like hickory wood really bad, which is random, but true. I have used similar products before, that did work, this did not.

    A fool and his money are soon parted
    It is a disappointing product......it didn't work for me at all......rubber suctions do not pull dents out.......hard plastic and metal are way stronger than rubber

    I bought this to pull out a couple small dents out. I successfully pulled 2 dents our 1 you could still see it a little but nothing like before I pulled it. I go to pull the 3rd dent and snapped the handle so I can't use it now. I would not recommend this dent puller!!

    Poor Service
    This arrived in a flat envelope and was flat (no surprise). I asked for a replacement but was given a refund. I ordered 4 items totaling $92.00 on June 12th. 3 have arrived in separate packages. The 4th one said I would receive it by 18th prior to ordering; then after placing order it said would arrive 24th-26th (we'll see). Customer service was POOR, did not do as I asked, and did not seem to care. I will think twice before ordering from Walmart again.

    Money Saver!!!!
    I was so scared after reading the mixed reviews, but it worked perfectly. I had my dent for over a year, and it was a big one. This product took the dent right out with no problem. Will be keeping it my car for emergencies!

    I would not buy this again
    This is only good for very large area with indentations. Description should have said that. Did not work for me area was too small to accomodate the size of the cup. Area has to be flat and large enough for cup to seal.

    Good for large dents
    It pulled out the large hood dent, but I still have smaller ones that it will not work on. But for roughly $9 it wasn't bad. The most difficult part was getting to an area where I could get enough contact to get suction. If you're looking to pull out large dents this will work, but it will never look auto shop done. Then again, $9 compared to a couple hundred... (Pictures are of the same silver car, but different times of day so different lighting.)

    this will only work for big dents, but if you have a small dent don't bother, and when I say a small dent I mean around 4 inches, it works for larger dents . I had a large dent around 24 inch diameter , I had to use it several times, which pulled most of it out, but it doesn't get the whole dent at once, so now I still have a partial dent which it wont work
