My picky eater liked it!
My cat is overweight and I read posts that people had found this cat food helpful in weight control that either their cats had lost weight or hadn't put on any more pounds. It is made of healthier products and my cat liked it right away which was a bonus.

Well this is awkward
Dry food is poison to cats. It is like feeding your cat dehydrated McDonalds food every day and it's almost entirely made up of ingredients that your cat would never have in their diets and have not evolved to process efficiently. Cats eat meat. ONLY. They should get all the hydration they need from the raw meat they eat but dry food is the combination of minimal meat, maximum carbs and nonsense, heated to very high temps and turned into a sludge they then reshape into kibbles and heat again. Cats can't effectively process this AND it's completely dehydrated so they are being dehydrated to the point of going against their nature and drinking water from a bowl (side note: please wash and refill the bowl daily, if you wouldn't drink it neither should your cat) and this will result in kidney problems and very likely diabetes. Now, that said, my cats looooove this good. It has some excellent flavor to them, but so do donuts to me. My oldest cat hasn't lost a pound and my youngest cat has become overweight eating thus food. They are like little terrorists until they get it, being crazy and harassing me all day long. I'm trying to get my cats on wet food only again but the pandemic has affected my revenue stream and I'm barely eeking by so I had to return to dry food and this is really the best there is, pretty much. It's one of the few my younger cat can eat without getting super bad allergic rashes so it always does in a pinch, but if you're not in a pinch it's better to feed your cat the lowest quality wet food than it is to feed them the highest quality dry food. Give your cat wet food in a clean bowl for every meal unless you're ok with that cat dying a painful early death. (I just read a book about cat nutrition it was really depressing and I feel awful about this product being my frequent go to for so long and letting my cats develop a preference for the overly flavorful garbage food instead of the bland healthy food they should be eating) If your cat won't eat raw or wet food it's possibly bc they are used to kibble and the delicious salty meat flavor it's coated with to mask the flavorless dough it's made from. Give it time, much like kids going from chicken nuggets and skittles to beans and broccoli it's going to take a minute and they'll eat when they are hungry. Cats don't have to eat more than once a day if they get enough in that one meal, so don't freak out if Fluffy only eats newly switched wet or raw food once and won't eat it again later. She'll come around be patient Also, wet food and raw food make cats' poo less smelly and they all around pee less so the litter boxes get way easier to deal with. Also you should have however many cats you have one litter boxes. If you have 3 cats, that's minimum 4 litter boxes. This is important.
