Greatest invention in years !
BEST thing every invented. So quick and easy, and cleanup is a breeze. LOVE MY CROSSWAVE! I mop DAILY now it's so easy.

I would not recommend this product to anyone.
I thought I would love this product. I have four kids under the age of 11. The spill stuff all the time. My whole house is hardwood floors. But after using it, it leaves dirty water puddles on my floors and my floors are still dirty. I've had it two weeks and regret buying it.

    #sweepstakes I love this machine. I purchased a new home and it has so much hardwood flooring. This takes care of all of it. It leaves my floors clean and I swear they even feel softer!

    Great device
    This works very well on our hard wood floors. We do not have pets, but with 5 girls in the home, hair seems to gather all over. The cordless vac is extremely convenient to work all through our home.

    Not a fan.
    This is great for dry vacuuming but not really good for washing a tile floor. Once the bush roll is wet (which is whenever you use the wash feature) it leaves dirty water on the floor wherever you stop. The videos that don't show this must have it edited out.

    Definitely worth buying if you have kids and dogs!
    I've used this to clean up after my two toddlers and three large dogs, and it does not disappoint!! It definitely works great on multiple floor types, I just wouldn't replace my regular stick vacuum that I use for the rugs. I have used this Crosswave max on the area rugs and it does do ok though on those overall. My favorite for this is definitely cleaning up things like bowls of cereal the kids drop on the floor, or mud tracked in by the dogs. Yesterday I dropped an almost full gallon of milk on the floor and the jug split open on the bottom. The milk went everywhere before I had a chance to grab the jug and toss it in the sink. Grabbed the Crosswave and it cleaned it right up and washed the floor!

    I would love the entire collection !!
    Love it so much it's amazing - I know my floors is getting cleaned with fresh water and all of my dogs hair is being picked up and sanitizing my floors for my son . Great job Bissell!!!! No more mop and bucket !

    I would definitely buy this product again!!
    I love my new bissell crosswave cordless max, works like a dream. It left a few streaks at first but I guickly found out it was because I was still squeezing the trigger and not doing a couple of passes without pressing. Great purchase, hopefully I will get years of use out of it
