Friendly and easy
Excellent service. Punctual! He came prepared with everything necessary to assemble bicycle right out of the box. William’s personality and work ethic was a pleasant addition to our home. Great attitude! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for competence and professionalism. I would definitely request William again for my service needs.

Terrible job.
It was a terrible service; the guy was more worried about me to pay directly to him; I say no, so he started asking if I have anything else at home that I need to fix; I say no, and he asks for my phone number for the next time I need something. He assembled the bike wrong twice, I had to tell him, and he corrected it. But after two days, everything started to feel loose. A terrible job, and I feel very uncomfortable.

    Very professional
    Nick was very professional and friendly, even though he couldn’t mount my bicycle because the item came defective. He explained it to us clearly and even told us he would come back to mount my bicycle when I get a new one from the store. Thank you so much Nick. I would definitely use Nick again for any other projects I may have.

    Excellent service!
    James did a great job, put my adult trike together in good time. He was super knowledgeable and had plenty of experience. I took the bike for a ride after he left and everything was smooth. I would hire him again and I recommend him to anyone. He was also very friendly. He explained things about the bike and answered my questions.
