High quality materials and thick cushions
Well packaged and protected product. High quality materials. Thick cushions. Only complaint is it doesn't come with covers. Luckily i had no troubles finding a size that fit each chair and Loveland.

READ THIS, do not buy!!!!
Setup is a NIGHTMARE. Every bolt must be hand cranked with an Allen or pipe wrench. Half of the screw holes are in odd angles which means you have to angle the screws in perfectly or else it gets stuck halfway in. If this happens on some of the final screws, the only way to fix it is to try and take apart the whole thing. I ended up with multiple screws so stripped I had to leave them halfway in. Then you get to the bolts! To screw in the bolts you have to use two wrenches, one to hold one side steady and the other to tighten. But here's the kicker, the hand that holds the wrench that holds the bolt steady is inside the chair! You can't see what you're doing and there are obstacles in the way. It was a terrible experience. Finally, the couch frame was bent so bad the screws had literally no chance of reaching. I'm talking a 3-4 inch gap between the frame and the arm. I had to take a hammer and manually bend the frame back (destroying the wicker in the process). The only reason I'm not sending these back for a return is I invested 5 HOURS of my life putting them together. And we still have to replace the cushions because they are cheap and uncomfortable. Do not buy!

    Great patio set for a great price.
    I thought this would be a challenge to assemble but the instructions were clear and concise and I assembled it without help. My neighbor liked it so much that she just bought the same set.

    Package arrived damaged and delivery company did mention that it was received that way and for us to take photos of package just incase anything was damaged or missing. Everything was received and assembled with no problems . I was surprised that the table was metal and not a wooden top. The chairs are big and roomy able to seat a big person. Im enjoying the set very nice looking.

    I am very pleased with this furniture. The delivery company was communicative with tracking on my phone and it arrived within the 4 hour time frame as promised. The driver was professional, backed the truck right up to my garage, lowered the forklift and put it exactly where I wanted it. I ordered two sets for our patio at the beach. Cushions are VERY thick and the set is weighty enough to withstand the winds at our beach house on a lagoon. The ties for the back cushions and toggles for the seat cushions hold everything in place. Took three attempts to get the first chair together but then the rest were easy- def a two person job. All tools and proper hardware were included. The screws that connect the sides of the chairs were in fact too short- fortunately my husband had longer ones to use. He also stripped one but they don't give you any extras so he had to replace that. I didn't call for service since he had what we needed on hand.

    PERFECT - COMFORTABLE- EVEN NICER THAN EXPECTED
    This is beyond beautiful. Sturdy, well made, nice durable fabric! My husband put it together without any issues. He is very handy though. Love the swivel/glide function of the chairs. Fits perfectly in our small Florida condo Lanai. We purchased the two matching ottomans as well. Our prior set was also a Better Homes

    Gorgeous, High-Quality, Easy to Assemble Patio Set
    LOVE THIS SET! I was even able to put it together by myself even though it says it is a two person job. Would have been easier with 2 but it's doable with 1! And the quality is amazing. The cushion material says it is mildew- and fade-proof so I never have to worry about them out on the covered balcony. It looks like it could snag easily so my pup will not be able to sit on them, unless I put a towel on them first but it's not made for dogs so that's OK. I got the red and also some red flowering hanging plants and a tan/beige outdoor rug with red swirls so it just looks gorgeous out there! Now, I just need the NC temperatures and humidity to cool down a bit so I can sit out there! LOL

    I recently bought this set and love it. It is very well made. It is definitely a 2 person job to put together but the instructions are easy to follow. I love how the cushions either tie to the back or have a "button" to hold them in place. It's fits beautifully on my back porch.

    Very nice conversation set! Love it!
    This set seems to be very well made. Not going to lie though. The first chair was a little hard to put together. Once we got the hang of it the other pieces were much easy. As the directions state, it is a TWO person job. It looks great on my porch and am so ready to use in the warmer weather. Love it!
