Thick, quality rug!
Words cannot express how attractive this rug is! It is surprisingly thick and has several different earth tones. I think it will match any flooring or furniture that you have! I love it because it really compliments my flooring and adds attractiveness to my décor. Normally I like colors like blue, rose & green in my rugs, but I am glad I took a chance on this rug because really is a perfect fit to my dining room & adds an elegance to it. I put it on the entrance way from my french doors and I have decided that I also want to by an 8 x 10 or larger for under my dining table & chairs. As far as how it feels to walk on, it is not soft, but not scratchy or uncomfortable either. It is a tightly woven rug that does not have loose ends. It's neat and tidy looking. Instructions say to spot clean, but looks like I could wash on a gentle cycle & hang dry if I needed to. It does slide on wood /vinyl flooring, but I put a cheap rug gripper under it and that take care of that! I really, really love this rug. I can always count on Better Homes & Gardens to have the nicest & best quality items.

Reversible Rug
The rug is nice looking and heavy, but some parts of the edges are ragged and look like they may not hold up well as time goes on. Also, if you own a dog or cat their nails are sure to get stuck in the weave of the carpet. It would be a nice accent rug if you're not hard on your carpeting, but for me I am and this wouldn't last long in my home.

    Beautiful colors but won't last long
    Love the colors and look of the rug but it didn't work out for me. I've had this rug for only 2 weeks and it already looks very worn and some parts have torn already. If you decide to purchase, I would just recommend it in a place with light foot traffic.

    Nice throw rug
    Beautiful throw rug. Well made and thick. It looks great in our living room. We have even washed it once due to our messy kids and had no issues with threads coming lose or pulling.

    Nice Throw Rug That Goes With Everything
    Nice area rug , in a good size. It has a nice feel underfoot, and a good weight so it lays flat. We're using it in front of the sliding door to the garden and it's doing a great keeping debris outside. The fact that it's reversible means we'll get extra wear and use out of this rug. It would make a nice house warming gift.

    I really like this rug. My niece likes to sit on the floor so this is her rug, I put it down to let her sit on it. It is a nice neutral color. With this rug, she is not sitting on the cold floor. I like the thickness and firmness of the rug. It is firm and sturdy, but not stiff. One last point, it is comfortable.

    Perfect throw rug to use anywhere in the home. Beautiful neutral colors that go with any decor. Gives my house that contemporary and casual relaxed feel. The rug is hand woven, thick, durable and reversible. Feels nice under the feet as well. Love the design and the colors and fits perfect in my home.

    Blended colors go anywhere
    Using this rug at the entrance to the office because the colors I chose go with just about anything. The threshold is double door and this rug covers it all. I haven't had a need to “spot clean” yet so not sure about that. It's a good size (27/45)so I will be able to use it at any doorway.

    I got the rug and it's actually more colorful than I expected. I thought it'd be very dull, but it's actually a really nice color. the colors are very neutral and would fit with most color schemes. I like how it's reversible and doesn't have that backing on it that usually is on rugs that falls apart and deteriorates as time goes on and as it gets washed. The downside is that it isn't machine washable. for a rug, it'd be nice to be able to wash it when needed and not just spot treat it. I ended up putting it in our bathroom in our camper. it looks great and works well! I would have liked it if the feel was a bit softer though, especially when getting out of the shower. I think in any other area, it'd be just fine though. I just figured with not being able to machine wash it, I didn't want it in a high traffic area.

    The Better homes and gardens chevron-stripe rug is so pretty! I wish I could give it 4.5 stars as my whole family objected over its roughness on the feet but that's because our old rug was super soft and they are comparing the two. This rug however is lovely, gorgeous and natural looking. The size is right, the colors are as expected. I would absolutely recommend it, as it's also of great quality! I would most definitely recommend this rug for any home space but do not expect it to be soft on your feet
