So satisfied with this lounger!
Received this one and was surprised by how easy it was to put together. It has a very nice look to it and it is a very sturdy piece of furniture for outdoors. We were so happy, we bought another to make it a pair! This is packed in a very long box, almost or near 7ft. Your delivery person may not be able to leave it at the door. It is not an item that can be placed on a dolly, and it is very heavy. Be prepared to pick up from local FedEx or other delivery facility, maybe even the store.

Confused and disappointed
I was very excited to start assembling these chaise lounge chairs, I ordered 2. However- the back piece that came with both is about 2” wider than the seat

    Cushions Permanently Creased
    The set shipped promptly and was easy enough for one person to put together with the tools included. The reason I'm only giving 2 stars is the cushions were packaged against the frame in the box and are permanently creased in the pattern of the frame. I contacted customer service and was told it was a packaging issue, not a manufacturing defect, and there is nothing they could do. I would think packaging would be part of manufacturing to provide an undamaged product. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. It is too expensive to receive damaged cushions that won't be replaced.

    Sent the WRONG COLOR and will NOT replace/exchange
    DO NOT PURCHASE!! They will send you the wrong item and not do ANYTHING to correct! Ordered the beige cushion lounge chairs (3 total) they sent me the incorrect color (gray) and refuse to let me return or exchange. Basically it's my fault for receiving the wrong item???? I have all the documents to prove they sent the wrong item. Anastasia admitted they sent the wrong color but that they can't fix their problem then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to someone else. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars for their teams mistake.

    Buyer beware.
    Parts wouldn't fit together. Back was larger than the bed. Company didn't have the right part to replace the back. Difficult time getting it picked up. Never , never again would I buy this product.

    Solid Chaises Lounger But Not Great
    This review is for the Better Homes & Gardens Brookbury Single Chaises Lounger. Initial Impressions/Assembly - First thing you'll notice is they give you a racheting allen wrench a with rubber grip that you can even swap the bit out on to assemble the lounger. The assembly was fairly simple, just required screwing together six large pieces. I was able to put it together without any help so that's a bonus. Quality/Performance - The cushions themselves are reasonably comfortable and soft considering they're designed for outdoor use. One problem though is the strap to keep the head cushion on is way too long and has to be wrapped around the bar several times to keep it in place. Also, the cushion for your legs has no strap at all unfortunately and could definitely blow away. The cushions sit on the same wicker style panel as the side panels with a flexible wicker support system underneath, along with multiple curved steel supports that aren't felt while sitting. How long the wicker suspension will hold up, only time will tell. Adjusting the reclining position is fairly simple, but the adjustment bar touches the ground when it's fully flat for some odd reason. Conclusion - It's a solid chaises lounger, but the cushions are only reasonably comfortable, there's no strap to keep the bottom cushion in place, and the questionable longevity of the wicker support system keep this from being great.

    Great chair, weird settings
    Great looking chair but the settings are terrible. You have 5 different positions and they don’t make sense. The bench can either be flat, and then the lowest setting is almost completely upright, and then even more upright, even more and then a severe 90 degree angle. There is no slightly elevated headrest. This is my biggest complaint!!
