Inexpensive
Solid glass and good small size for holding 2 gallons. The handle is a nice touch that most dispensers don't have. It only works with cold drinks and clearly says that in the packaging, so all the negative reviews about it breaking with hot beverages is their own fault. The nozzle needed to be tightened out of the box, which was easy though not ideal; however, the paper inside the dispenser told me to do it so it wasn't a big deal. As you can see in the picture, the flow rate is good and it doesn't take two hours to fill up a cup like other dispensers. And it's awesome that you can fill up hands free. Honestly, you can't beat it for the price.

Fragile, arrived broken
It's really affordable compared to Amazon and other stores, but it's quite fragile. The glass is very thin so it breaks easily (broke during transit/shipping) and it feels very cheap. It looks okay though, unfortunately I couldn't test to see if it works well.

    Great for parties..
    Super handy when the family is visiting, and 2 gallons is perfect for 6 people. It really looks nice out on its stand, and the spout is very convenient. I have not noticed the spout dripping at all. Be sure to pay attention to the measurements to make sure it will fit in your refrigerator! I also use it to actually make lychee green tea which works great everytime in my parties.. Just watch out the lid when you wash it.

    Not well wrapped
    I ordered 2 they came each in a different box, one box was in perfect condition, the other box arrived open broken and the dispenser shattered completely, I initiated a return let's see if it comes in good condition, I haven't try if it doesn't leak yet, will post later about it.

    I want to love these jars but they both came broken. They are a good size and weight but unfortunately the didn't pack them with care. I'm going to reorder and hopefully those survive.

    I received this item for review and it was surprisingly decorative and useful. It was well packed to prevent breakage. It was quite large and very useful for multiple servings for daily use and great for parties. The dispenser required minimal assembly as the spout was packaged inward to prevent breakage. And the clamp lid was extremely easy to use. This product is of a very good quality. The glass was thick and sturdy and I did not have fear of handling or using. Some glass products are thin and delicate and are intended for decoration,but this product was definitely made for use. It is so stylish and sturdy,that I have used daily. But I am sure that this would not be best for maintaining the niceness of this product. The container, yes is made of a sturdy glass that is easy to manage and clean but the spout is a plastic material that will eventually wear down and not maintain its look. I am sure that replacement part can be found, but overall I intend to enjoy this product for daily if not weekly drink dispensing. Definitely would be great for a party!

    Solid container, dispenses easily
    This beverage dispenser is very solid, which has it's pluses and minuses. It's definitely sturdy, but especially when full, it is heavy. The dispensing nozzle has the right amount of resistance, making dispensing easy but not so sensitive that just brushing against it will cause the liquid to flow out. The nozzle itself does feel lightweight, like a cheap plastic, but it is holding up well so far. When it arrived, the metal that secures the lid wasn't in quite the right spot, so we needed to loosen it to get it properly seated. Since we have done that, it opens and closes well. It's a great size for gatherings or a day outside. I would love to be able to keep it full of iced tea in the fridge, but it's a bit too big for our current fridge. Overall, it's a good product.

    Great for parties or everyday use!
    Pros: Canning jar style. Easy to install spigot. Large capacity. Tight seal on cover with bail closure. Heavy glass. Carrying handle with wooden grip. Spigot worked whether I pulled it up or pressed it down. Cons: Handle can't be straightened if it is off center. Notes: The instructions illustrate 2 gaskets. One is already attached behind the spigot and rests outside the dispenser. The other you place inside on the threaded tube of spigot. Simply place 2nd gasket on the end of threaded piece, screw on nut and the gasket moves as you screw on the nut. Be sure and push spigot against dispenser when you tighten the nut up against the inside of glass. I don't have a strong grip so I found it took a series of tightening, partially unfilling water, retightening, refilling with water & retesting before I got it tight enough not to leak. TIGHTEN IT BY HAND ONLY. Be sure and thoroughly dry the area around the spigot or you will mistakenly think it still leaks. I recommend testing with water at full capacity so you know for sure when everything tight enough. You don't want any surprises later on! The handle was attached off center and can't be moved so I gave it 4 stars. Although if I had purchased it I would simply exchange it because it's a great dispenser.

    Fits my needs and my decor
    I distill water for drinking during the day and wanted something on the counter and visible for a constant reminder. This 2 gallon dispenser is the perfect size and looks as if it belongs on the bakers cabinet. The fill top has a good seal and is large enough to easily fill and clean. The spigot seams of good quality , does not leak and can be disassembled for cleaning. If it gets me to drink more water it will pay for itself many times over.

    Good quality glass dispenser
    This glass dispenser was sent wrapped with great care so not to come broken. My kitchen sink is old and divided in the middle and the faucet is stationary which made it difficult for me to wash. It is heavy and and I believe this would wash much easier with a pull-down spray faucet. My husband put the spigot together without any problems and it does not leak. The glass clamp has a soft plastic seal and it pours well and does not drip. The handle is sturdy steel with a wooden grip and the clamps are also steel, but the spigot is plastic to look like chrome. I think this would be lovely for a party or a get-together of any kind and would go very nicely in a salon or business offering a cool/cold drink of any type. It has a retro look that kind of reminds me of the old glass milk containers which I'm very fond of. This is very nice and I'm very impressed.
