    Im still waiting to get sick
    Tis the year to get sick. Not with these. I am waiting on my 1x year cold to spring up. it still hasn't not even my allergies. I work in a dirty environment handling money daily- so immune system is on my mind a lot. Vit c works too but I find that these actually work a lot better

    Elderberry is said to be good for colds, flu, etc. Was instructed by a friend to take it after my bout with COVID-19. So Im taking it. Not endorsing it just taking it as part of my immune system protection.
