Promotes healthy hair, skin and nails!
My hair, nails and skin became dull and brittle due to stress so I decided to try this product as well as good nutrition. Biotin is a B vitamin and therefore water soluble, this mcg amount will do no harm. The results have been amazing. It's helped the strength of my hair because I notice less hair in my shower drain catcher and brush and my hair is shinier. My nails seem stronger because they used to split all the time and haven't since I started taking this product. The pills do not have a strong odor, there's no after taste, and it's easy to swallow. Also, the pills don't seem too big and it doesn't upset my stomach. It makes me feel a little better from a company who's quality you trust. I take it every day and will continue to do so. I highly recommend it for healthy hair, skin and nails!

Don't waste your money…

    It's hard for me to write reviews on supplements however this one I can. I took this biotin to help my hair grow. It did seem to work as my hair grew quite a bit while on the supplement. It did not upset my belly or interact with any of my other medications. It was easy to swallow. All nutritional facts are labeled and easy to read on the bottle along with directions and the expiration date is easy to see. Overall I am happy with this supplement and will continue to take it.

    I am reviewing the brand Best Naturals Biotin 10,000 mcg with 200 count. My nails have always been thin and easy to break. I have been taking these for over a week. I really can see a huge difference while taking these. The capsules are easy to swallow with no scent or taste. Biotin is good for hair, scalp, skin and nails. There isn't any preservative, sugar, corn,milk, soy, egg, lactose, gluten,yeast,wheat, no fish and it's sodium free. Biotin supports cellular energy production. It also supports immune health. Take one capsule one to two times daily preferably with meals. I like that it's helping my nails.

    I personally prefer to chew the Biotin gummies just because they taste like candy. I decided to give these a try. I take one capsule with food everyday. The capsules are average size and pretty easy to swallow. So far my nails seem to be a little stronger and not so brittle anymore. Also I have a slight boost in energy. I'll have to check for hair growth in a few weeks after I take my braids out. I have had no nausea or jitters etc.

    Each pill is 10,000 mcg This supplement will improve hair, skin and nail strength. This supplement states it can increase energy production because it supports cellular energy production. I would take this early in the day and not at night. I would also recommend taking this supplement for at least 30 days to gain full effect of the product. Highly recommended for purchase.

    I have always used biotin. I didn't see great results but it helped especially with my hair normally to stop it falling out. I changed biotin to this one and not only my hair doesn't fall out but it's encourage regrowth of some of my hair. I'm so very happy of the difference in slreaults

    I like the brand
    I take biotin for the vitamin B it provides for hair and nails. I make it a part of my daily routine. I have only good thing to say about this brand so far. Easy to swallow capsules. Good about of mcg's in them. I don't think you will be disappointed. Definitely give a whole bottle a try and see what you think about a month or so. I bet you will be pleasantly surprised!
