 I received the Best Naturals BCAA branch chain amino acid vitamins to give my honest opinion. As a person who exercises daily, Best Naturals BCAA helps to quickly recover with muscle soreness. I like how easy it is to swallow these vitamins. The Best Naturals BCAA vitamins also helps with energy, I don't have this problem personally, but I think these vitamins would absolutely help those who are easily tired or just need an energy booster after training. But some of the things I like about the Best Naturals brand is that it is made in the USA. I also like how they help children in need. So, if you're an athlete who is looking to recover from a hard workout than I would recommend the Best Naturals BCAA branch chain amino acid vitamins.

    Unexpected benefits
    I have read many articles about amino acids and the pros and cons of BCAAs. So I am not an athlete, and I do not exercise in a gym nor run marathons. I do however work in yard and that work is strenuous and often results in muscle fatigue and soreness. I used to take ibuprofen before I worked in the yard for hours on the weekends, but that only helped reduce joint inflammation. I started using this before undertaking strenuous yard work about 2 months ago. I did not take the ibuprofen hesitantly just to see if this really works. I noticed that I was not experiencing the muscle fatigue from my version of a workout. I did not have the soreness the next day that reminded me I had over exerted myself. I will continue to use this supplement.

    High Quality BCAA supplement
    As a practicing herbalist i have gotten acquainted with supplementing my own diet with various substances in order to fine tune, balance or enhance my own performance. I have been using a BCAA supplement in my routine for a little while now and normally i use pure isolated amino acids, adding them to drinks throughout the day. Best Naturals BCAA capsules worked seamlessly as i switched out my normal brand for these this week to try them out. Definitely a high-quality supplement.     Improved Workout Recovery
    I was very interested in trying this product as I work out daily and have been experiencing a lot of muscle fatigue lately. I've noticed since starting to take these I feel overall more energized and am recovering more quickly as well. I'm looking to build lean muscle so I am excited to continue this product over time.

    I received this product for my honest rating and review. I received Best Naturals brand BCAA (branched chain amino acids) 400 capsules. This product is a pharmaceutical grade protein builder. The serving size is 4 capsules, so there is 100 servings in the bottle. I have been taking Best Naturals brand BCAA's along with Best Naturals brand L- Glutamine to help aid me in my active lifestyle. I work a physical job where i bend, squat, run and walk for hours. I also workout at the gym a few days per week. I am 46 years old so i needed something to help with soreness and recovery. I love this product so much. I no longer feel sore after a long day and I feel energetic till bed. I love this product and definitely reccomend it rating it 5 out of 5

    Beneficial for building muscle
    I don't work out much at all but I do work hard maintaining my yard and garden. I also work up a sweat at work so losing the essentials for muscle happens every day. I started feeling the effects of weak muscles and painful joints. These amino acids work wonders helping maintain the health of my muscles. I take 2 to 3 in the morning on an empty stomach. After five days of taking BCAA I am feeling a big difference in the amount of pain and soreness in my muscles. Even sleeping through the night has come much easier because I'm not waking up in pain in my muscles. I definitely recommend this for anyone who may be suffering from muscle ailments or lack of muscle weather exercising or other health reasons. I would seek a doctors opinion first

    I actually take these when I'm done working out. This helps with the energy level and the muscle building process. I personally take this to before and 2 after workout unless I need an extra energy boost. Then I take 4 before I go workout and to after I'm done working out.

    I am just not happy with my workout. So I have decided to give these capsules a chance. They help your body with amino acids and give you endurance during your workout. They help with muscle growth and recovery, two things I am looking for now. Also giving me energy which I really need at my age. I usually take 2 before my workouts daily.

    Is my review of best naturals BCAA capsules 400 count, I wanted something to use during workouts or after workouts I should say I've read a lot about this and this seems to be what I am missing, it arrived very quickly and the capsules are quite large. The recommended dosage for capsules daily. The one thing I really like is there's no artificial color flavor or sweetener in them and that's a plus for me I will definitely use this protein builder and see how it works for me. On the short term I already have a little burst of energy from it amino acids are alway good after a work out.
