Good device
The vibrator has a high and low vibration setting. I have not used the high yet. There are warnings on the Internet not to go longer than 10 minutes or too many days per week as too much vibration can be harmful. The device timing starts at 10 and can be reduced. I have been using it 2 or 3 minutes a day every day to get accustomed to it and not overdo it. I have a lot of back and neck pain. The first day my back and neck hurt less, and every day they get better. To lose weight or build muscle it is necessary to exercise, and the device comes with exercise instructions. I have been doing some gentle movements and stretching while using it. It is important to keep your knees bent when using the device to protect joints. I am 70, and unless you have various body replacements or other internal devices, I believe this is a helpful device even for older people. I can't say how well muscles have increased as it's only been a few days. Instructions say to keep 8 feet around the device (I presume if you fall) but I don't. The instructions recommend having a thin mat to protect the floor. You can't put it on a rug. You will need to get 2 AAA batteries for the remote, but the machine can be used manually. The remote is far more convenient.

Received a Used item!
Do Not Order!!! I paid for a NEW item but I received a USED one with scuff marks, a drink mark, and dirty. I even got the wrong color. I now have to go out my way to return this. The vendor should have some sort of quality control in place.

    Have to return it because it did not have a remote
    I tried it and loved it but I had a hard time trying to start it because the remote was not included in the package so now I have to send the whole item back just to get a remote so I received a label on my email now I can send it back I told them I wanted to exchange it for another one not a refund

    Fabulous great quality machine.
    It is built like a thousand dollar piece of equipment. Strong, heavy duty high quality. It works perfect with a wide range of vibrations. I have not used the remote yet but it is not necessary as the very simple control buttons are easily manipulated with your toe/foot. I am surprised at the quality and I love this. It is so much better standing on this while watching TV instead of being a couch potato.

    The product and quality exceeded my expectations. It was delivered ahead of time and has been a real life-saver because gyms are closed. It has lots of different speeds for manual, or you can use the pre-set (walk, jog, or run), I recommend this vibration platform, not only for the value but for the energy boost it replaces from the gym!

    Heavy duty machine
    Im not a light weight. I weigh 210. Pushing the weight limit on this machine. However, it works great. I use it for 10 minutes a day at 50 % which is a jog on the remote control. Very powerful. I feel good after I use it and can feel that it is working. I used to get night cramps in my legs but they have lessened a great deal since using this. I got it for its circulation benefits. Its doing the job. Ive also dropped a few pounds. I would repurchase in a heartbeat. BCP has great products at amazing prices. I love shopping here.
