Very very strong hurts foot doesn't comfort, only one style of massaging was expecting to be able to control massage only speed and direction witch kinda sucks very disappointed

    Wear socks when using this machine when you use it bear foot the massager at the bottom starts to hurt your feet and when you change the speed it doesn't change still feels the same it's alright feels good Recommend

    If you have aching feet or swelling ankles then I recommend this for you. It definitely does get deep an hard into you feet. Very rough in a good way. I work 10-12 hours so Im on my feet a lot this machine feels like heaven!

    Received it Saturday as a gift from my love. Had no idea it was coming. My feet are narrow and sensitive. Tried it sitting and it was really rough on my feet. Tried it laying down and it put me to sleep! It doesn't beat him or my baby girl but I love it!

    Good so far...
    The massager came in a very large brown box, and a regular retail style box was inside that. It was well packaged, and remained safe through shipping. I was a little confused at first which way to put my feet into the massager, because the "internal data" manual that comes with the massager doesn't have any instructions on the way of use, just a lot of information about different types of pressure points and regular massages for your feet for different issues you may have. At the back of the manual, there's a brief two-page instruction on the operation of the device, which explains the different "programs" that the massager has, and explains the other buttons as well. The massager comes with a remote, which has the options worded differently than on the machine itself, which is a little confusing as well. The manual was also written by someone who is not fluent in English, and it is hard to read and understand, as the grammar is very jumbled. All manual booklet information aside, the massager does feel really great on my feet. The box says that it has 18 different kinds of massage. I took that with it having 18 different massage settings, but honestly, I can't feel a difference between most settings on the device. The auto programs all feel the same, but the custom programs do make the massager on the bottom of my feet rotate differently, it seems. It has an automatic shutoff timer of 15 minutes, after you turn it on, which to me is a little annoying, as I would like to leave my feet in the unit massaging for longer, and not have to cut it back on again. It would be nice for it to have a setting to cut off the timer. One thing I think is nice about the unit is that the covers for the massager (cloth material) is removable, as it just zippers on, so you can wash them. I do want to mention, I have large feet, US Men's size 13, extra wide, and at some points, it does sound like the massager is going to stop working, or like it's straining to massage my big foot, especially when it's on a slower cycle, but as of now, after a little over a weeks time, it's still working just fine.
