Easy assembly, great price and look
Very nice coffee table. I'm 73 and put it all together myself except for the lift top mechanism connection to table. Instructions and all hardware fit perfectly into the holes provided in the numbered pieces. I have a small space and it fits perfectly.

Dysfunctional/missing holes/wrong holes drilled in
Stay away to save your time and trouble. When I started to unpack all the pieces out of the box, I noticed some looked used and had a feeling something was wrong with the item. I went ahead and started the assembly then it was apparent as to why someone had returned before. The holes were not drilled in the right places so they did not match up with the manual diagrams. One of the legs had missing holes, which would make the whole thing useless. I'm returning and would not buy from vendor again.

    Nice but top showed signs of wear easily
    Very pretty and also easy to build. Not very durable through- we've had it for a few months now and it has quite a few scratches and signs of wear on the top of it from normal use such as placing plates on it, cups with coasters, and playing board games on it. But the price is great so you get what you pay for since it's not a high end piece!

    This is a nice looking piece of furniture, until you realize the vinyl isnt laminated, but paper. Scatch it while assembling and you have paper edges doesn't absorb color, so you cant do a cover up. Set a wet glass down and watch it bubble up. Your better off buying a natural wood product and paying a little extra.

    Scratched on arrival.
    The coffee table looks great. It feels cheap and mine came damaged with a big scratch on the top. They did send a replacement out free of charge and told me to keep the old one which was really kind of them but unfortunately the second one came scratched too! We're now left with two scratched coffee tables! Looks great though if you can cover the scratches.

    Nice looking, useful, good flat-pack furniture
    This is exactly what my mom needed to hold the flotsam and jetsam in her small apartment. This coffee table has become 'command central' - calendar, organizer, papers, magazines, bills, etc. I was fortunate enough to have someone else assemble it, so I can't comment on assembly. It looks really nice, and mom is very happy with it. As for quality, its not fine furniture, but it's good for the price.

    Received and was throughly surprised at the quality. No chipping and it is sturdy. It fits perfectly in the space. So far it is just an easy wipe with a damp cloth and then dry cloth and no staining. Great product for the price!

    Be cautious if you are prone to wrist injuries
    The end product is great. Very beautiful and seems sturdy. The assembly was irritating. 1. For some steps they didn't predrill holes in the laminated wood when they should have. I had to buy spade bit in order to drill into the laminate since it was taking very long with my regular twisted drill bit. 2. The cam bolts that have to be screwed into the laminated wood need an electric drill first and then a screwdriver. 3. The wood screws you have to put into the top piece are hard to do bc the holes are so close to the mechanism that your screwdriver always hits it. They should have extended the holes farther away from the mechanism. 4. If you are prone to wrist injuries like I am, be very careful. This flared up my pain in both arms. I had numbness, tingling and pain for 2 days in my left arm. Luckily heat/massage and advil helped alleviate the pain.
