Great for gut health
This product is great for gut health. I will say that is something I should pay more attention to. This product mixes easily and is easy to drink down. I would definitely suggest it to family and friends as part of their daily routine. Most importantly you can pack it to go!

Great for on the go fiber
I like that it is easy to use and mix in soft food or a drink. I find it odd that it says you can use it three times a day but yet I only got one small sample to try for not even a whole days worth so I feel I cannot speak on the true effectiveness. It is clear and does not have a taste which I prefer. This would be perfect if you are going on vacation and going to be eating unhealthier than usual and can get more fiber in this way.

    Keep it on hand, use individual packets for travel
    Like it - dissolves easily, no taste or color in hot or cold. Surgeon said 2x daily to avoid GI distress after gall bladder removal, said it absorbs the bile from the intestines that the gall bladder is no longer removing.

    My son has to add in extra fiber to his diet and he loves that he can add this to any beverage and that there isn't any flavor added to it. It also dissolves so easily. I love that it gets him the fiber he needs without any complaints from him.
