Ok. Could be better
The gel-caps are really large. The worst thing is that they are all stuck together and to get them out, you run a risk of rupturing the gel-cap.

    I love these supplements. I bought MCT oil to add to smoothies, but I just can't commit to a smoothie a day, so I wasn't taking the MCT. I love that I can get all the benefits of MCT by just adding these supplements to my morning routine! So easy! The pills aren't too large, but they are fairly big. I do not have an issue with taking two at one time. They do not have a weird taste, either, which is so nice! Would definitely recommend this supplement.
