Love it!
I use this to brew my morning tea instead of coffee. It works as good as it looks too. Very beautiful. Has many functions (program to brew at specific time, can change how long the warmer stays on, change brew strength, how many cups). Comes with water filter w/basket, permanent filter, and pot with nice handle. Can be used with cone disposable filters. The filter compartment has convenient handles on their baskets. Great product overall

Only had this a couple months washed only by hand and the bottom of the glass already cracked. I wish I could get a replacement but can't find just the pot…

    Beautiful but bad design
    Hello I'm reaching out to let you know that I purchased the coffee pot in the color white a couple months ago. It's beautiful and I have enjoyed it up until a few minutes ago. I had just brewed a pot of coffee and when I took out the pot to pour, the entire gray plastic handle piece came off and the pot of hot coffee fell on the counter, splashing and spilling all over and on me. I don't see a way to fix the handle. I haven't researched if this has been an issue with these pots but this is a bad design. I now need to purchase a new coffee maker ASAP . Unfortunately I won't be buying this brand again for fear of being burnt with very hot coffee once more. Maybe a refund and possibly pull these off the market so no one else gets burned.     Beautiful but messy!
    I love this pot, it's so pretty and brews great coffee. My only complaint is that every single time I brew it drips water down the handle onto my countertop. I've tried absolutely everything to prevent this from happening but no luck. Unfortunately I'll probably have to replace it soon as I'm tired of wiping my white countertops excessively. :(

    Beautiful addition to my kitchen
    I had a bulky old style basic coffee maker. It was just taken space up on my counter. I was so happy to get this. I didn't realize that it was so slim fitting taking up less room on my counter, which was just an added bonus. Really I got it because of the looks, it is thinner but taller than your typical coffee maker. I think it looks great. The only con or dislike I have about it is the handle on the coffee pot itself is huge.

    Brightens up my kitchen. Brews strong and hot hot!
    Saw the Beautiful collection about 6 months ago and was going to get the black set and never did. But! Our generic toaster recently started smoking and it was a perfect opportunity to get them. Timing couldn't have been more perfect cuz I saw Lavender was just released and O M G I am in LOVE! The name fits perfect it's SO BEAUTIFUL! Looks sleek on my counter and really freshens up the space. We use this coffee pot every morning and so far so good! I set the program for it to brew at 430 every morning. It takes 6-10 mins depending on how much we brew. Forever filter is kind of a pain to clean but manageable. Not sure if this is a positive or a negative but the coffee brews hotter than DD! Steam does form on top of the carafe but I just let it pour off into my cup because watering it down a little won't make a difference since it brews your coffee nice and strong. Even on the lowest strength setting my Great Value coffee is much stronger than in any previous machines and we've had the super expensive ones too so that says a lot! Other than the forever filter the only other issue I could see someone having is that you can't actually see the water level from the outside. There are notches on the inside of the reservoir that I believe are water level markers but I'm honestly not sure and it's really not that big of an issue.

    Leaky handle mess every brew
    Regardless of how “dry” it is as customer service has recommended to other purchasers - the handle leaks water all over the counter every single brew no matter what we do. There must be an open seam that the water enters so I'm assuming mold will be an issue at some point. The handle looks like junk. It's wild that an above average coffee maker's pot is so faulty.

    ? OMG this coffe maker is exactly this BEAUTIFUL. Sleek, sexy, the colors, I got Black Sesame, are a coffee maker Ive never seen before. The sleek handle its jewelery to complete the fit. The coffee Whoa,. who needs to order outside you just became your own Barista!

    I've had this coffeemaker only a few months - have only used it a handful of times and the spring button thingie broke with a simple hand washing. Impossible to figure out how to fix it as well. I've had many coffeemakers in my life and have never had this happen with even the cheapest one. Extremely disappointed and too late to return it. Don't bother wasting your money.

    Why don't you have this already?!?!
    I'm an avid coffee drinker. My wife is a designer. So how do we feel about the coffee maker? It could cause a divorce. Let me explain: When asked what my wife thinks about it: With the beautiful? I love it. It's elegant. It's a statement piece. My coffee tastes better. It's so pretty. Aesthetically it is gorgeous. A great price for the quality and value received. (Just typing as my wife talks about it) Pretty easy to set up, but definitely follow the instruction manual. Easy care and clean. We love the reusable coffee filter. The added water filter improved the quality of the coffee. The gourmet brew is an amazing setting. The size makes us happy. But we drink 2 different types of coffee, so now we fight over who gets to use it. Probably going to get a second to save our marriage.

    Not worth the hype.
    Looks pretty but thats it. 1) Display is barely visible in daytime (see image) 2) No water level markings on the outside (must open it to see how much water is in.) 3) Cumbersome and non-intuitive programming with no confirmation. (I woke up many mornings to no coffee) Im going back to my old Mr. Coffee
